This Starbucks used to be great until recently but starting about 2 weeks ago, the drinks are being made completely wrong. Matcha lattes don't have any sweeteners and taste bad. The coffee lattes are really watery. All of my recent orders have been like this.
I eat at Starbucks often, and I visit this particular location regularly, at least twice a month. But seriously, what’s going on? This is the second time in a row they’ve messed up my order.
Today, I placed an order through the app for some food and two iced coffees. When I arrived to pick it up, one of the coffees was handed to me hot. I pointed it out right away and sat down to wait for the correct drink.
After a while, I was called again to pick up my order. This time, the coffee came in a much larger cup than what I had originally ordered. It was clear they had just taken the incorrect hot coffee, poured it into a bigger cup, and added an excessive amount of ice.
I took a sip, and the taste was honestly awful, completely watered down and unbalanced. I went back to the counter and explained that the coffee tasted terrible and that I just wanted the iced coffee I had originally ordered online.
Instead of offering a real solution, they pointed to a trash bin nearby and said, “If you don’t like it, you can throw it away.”
At that point, I had no choice but to leave. I never received the coffee I paid for, and the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing.
I ordered 4 drinks at this Starbucks and had to wait 40 minutes to get all of them. They didn’t prepare orders in the order they were received. I saw people who came way after me get their drinks and leave, while I was still waiting. How hard is it to make a proper drink and follow the order queue? Also, I saw a female barista pour out at least four cups of matcha directly into the sink and throw away multiple cups. It was such a waste and clearly could’ve been faster. Completely unacceptable.

Really aggressive staff, and their coffee doesn’t taste like coffee. Had to throw away the cappuccino I ordered. Avoid at all costs!!
All app items always unaviable... shame on a big well poasition store
I ordered a venti iced coffee black on the app At 2pm and when I arrived a few minutes later the clerk told me the store was out of iced coffee. in the middle of the day! This happens too often at this location.

The drinks here are normal, nothing special. The atmosphere is nice but the service was a little rude, they were “depressing” everyone
+ They changed my name to a different similar name, which is expected and it isn’t serious

Rude stuff and they don’t allow you to use bathroom saying that they cleaned the bathroom and it is closed for the day! (5.30pm) —lazy people.
It’s hard to stay in and enjoy the coffee, some of them allow people to come in and stay without buying anything they come to hang out in groups that are very laud.. they pick what person they want to ask to leave and which one they don’t even bother knowing that they are bothering customers ..
The state of the premises was quite deplorable in terms of cleanliness, but there were staff who were taking care of it. The correct service, without more. The hot chocolate I had was better at another location in the same chain 🤷♀️

I was literally the only customer in the store with two visible baristas. One barista appeared to be preparing mobile orders and saw me as I entered, the other had her back to me. I waited patiently for several minutes with no acknowledgement before saying "excuse me." The barista with her back to me finally turned around and said "he'll be with you in a minute" at which point another barista appeared from the back. Absolutely awful service.
