The state of the premises was quite deplorable in terms of cleanliness, but there were staff who were taking care of it. The correct service, without more. The hot chocolate I had was better at another location in the same chain 🤷♀️

I was literally the only customer in the store with two visible baristas. One barista appeared to be preparing mobile orders and saw me as I entered, the other had her back to me. I waited patiently for several minutes with no acknowledgement before saying "excuse me." The barista with her back to me finally turned around and said "he'll be with you in a minute" at which point another barista appeared from the back. Absolutely awful service.

The employees allow minors to smoke weed and ecigs inside the store and disrupt patrons with their screaming.

Came here to hyrdate myself for a quick cup of ice water and the atmosphere/service was super quick and nice.....location is awesome and the staff on shift was super respectful....will be visiting again

The most understaffed and slowest Starbucks in Manhattan. There never seems to be more than two staff working and their level of apathy is palatable. It’s like they don’t want be there either. The service is so bad that one out of every three/four people give up and walk out. Sadly this location puts the Diss on customer disservice. But hey, if you wanna wait 25-30 minutes for a 7 dollar cold brew, this is the spot!!!

Was lied to by the manager multiple times. Not kidding.
The place was crowded and it was pouring outside, and a nice customer gave me and my 2 year old son a stool to sit on. The stool fell over.
After making over $20 in purchases, I was approached by their very rude manager, NATALIA (picture of her in brown hat provided) and was told that I was not sitting in a chair. YES was pretty aware I was sitting in a thing that looked like a stool with my 2 year old son due to the lack of chairs. Then I asked her to get me a chair, "please." She scoffed, threw her hands in the air, and threatened to throw me and my son out in the rain.
Problems with this:
1. Prior to being served at the cash register she says, "I need to get change for the register." We waited for 5 minutes, she gives the change to someone else to put in the cash register, then walks away and plays with her phone.
2. She allowed a homeless person to sleep in the lobby, NOT PAYING, to sit at two tables and a booth without approaching them and asking them to leave (picture provided)
3. I asked for the name and contact information for her manager. It is totally inappropriate to kick a paying customer and their 2 year old in the rain when there is nowhere else to sit. Rather than receive help I received threats. She lied to me 4 times, said her manager's name is "Angela" and gave me 4 fake numbers that didn't work. (The first of which I called the person on the other end said they didn't speak English). After NATALIA gave me the fake numbers, she actually said to me, "It's not my problem!"
NATALIA harassed me and my son and does not deserve to work here! Other staff were not that helpful and got my order wrong, too!
I ordered 2 Venti sized beverages via the app and received 2 Grande sized beverages. The phone number on the website is continuously busy so I was unable to even contact the location to correct the issue.
