For a busy Starbucks near Times Square, I truthfully had low expectations but the staff here really is incredible. They are kind to everybody, even during morning rush hour, and my order is always on time. Thank you!

There every morning while staying at Hotel Edison, for 11 days. Always got a friendly welcome and even greeted me by name after a couple of days which was great! Really great service, the ladies were a credit to the brand. Will definitely revisit if lucky enough to return to NYC 👌🏻

There is always a lively atmosphere here, friendly staff, and they keep it clean. Rush hour in the morning.

Skip this Starbucks - staff are uninterested and unhelpful. If you really need your coffee fix, order ahead for pickup or find a better location nearby.

Definitely doesn’t know the difference between almond and soy
I go to this location every morning. The staff, especially Jen and Queen are super friendly and helpful. The location is always clean and inviting.
I visited this place for a week every day several times, personally I didn't pay attention to many things, I took my capuchino and left, but I can confirm many negative opinions, although I personally was lucky, I got what I wanted. They could improve a few things, but I won't nitpick here ...
New policy where they won’t even sell a cup of water. When it’s 85 degrees out and people could get heatstroke. Our corporate overlords say without buying a separate item you cannot get water. In the race to the bottom Starbucks is winning.
