I visited this place for a week every day several times, personally I didn't pay attention to many things, I took my capuchino and left, but I can confirm many negative opinions, although I personally was lucky, I got what I wanted. They could improve a few things, but I won't nitpick here ...
Went here for a quick break before a show. The quality of the drinks is standard for any Starbucks. Unfortunately there is no seating, which makes sense with the limited space in the city but is still too bad. Would probably go to a different coffee shop next time because I would prefer a seating area in which I can unwind.
Busy shop but fast efficient staff.

It is becoming increasingly difficult to buy a Starbucks coffee with all this online ordering and pickup via the app. Those of us with non US iphone IDs cannot use it. Change the app licensing please.
