Terribly disappointed that while they have a bathroom with a key code, the staff do not allow paying customers to use the bathroom. This is the only Starbucks location that I know does that to customers.

Worst service I’ve had here. Ordered no ice and got half a cup. When I asked about it, the lady said she couldn’t refund because I used rewards. She just poured something else in to fill it — now it tastes terrible and not what I ordered at all. Very disappointing, especially as someone who lives nearby and comes often.

Very unpleasant place. The staff was very unfriendly, we felt unwanted. The space itself is uncomfortable and unpleasant. From an environmental point of view it’s awful that the place uses single-use cups even if you sit in.

I’m very disappointed that no one asked me if I wanted a hot or cold beverage. I received a cold drink (I thought a hot one would be the default), and there weren’t even any ice cubes in it—it was more like a frappuccino. Also, there was no alternative milk available.

Wait time is getting longer and longer here even for a simple cup of hot coffee 5-10mins wait. The girls at the cashier desks are pretty slow and all over the place. What happens to management presence? Don’t see anybody actually running the place.

I have only visited this store twice, the second time was a few weeks ago and I was served by a guy who brightened my day with his attentive, funny and respectful personality.

Hours before I got some bad news and had to go to work so I wanted to fix my mood by eating something sweet and this guy made me smile, that is why I give you 4 stars, also my muffin was very good...

I apologize because I do not remember the name of the guy nor the muffin, I had a lot to think about at that moment; he is a black boy with fine features and a face that transmits the funny spirit of a little kid, the world needs more people like him!

This experience was very different from my first visit to this store, where I was served by two white girls (again my apologies for not knowing their names and referring to their physical characteristics) but their service was not that good to me, they did their job quickly and mechanically as if they wanted to get rid of me quickly and I was the only one buying at that moment.

Because of that first experience I had decided not to visit this store again, but due to time constraints I had to do it a second time and this guy changed that decision I had made.
