The Starbucks inside Penn Station is a lifesaver for travelers and commuters alike. Even with the constant crowds, the team here keeps things moving quickly and efficiently. The baristas are always friendly and upbeat, making the busy station feel a little more welcoming.

I grabbed a Pumpkin Spice Latte, and it was perfect—rich, smooth, and full of that warm fall flavor that Starbucks does best. My drink was ready right on time and at the ideal temperature, which is impressive considering how busy this location gets. The space is clean and organized, with just enough room to pause for a sip before catching a train.

Whether you’re rushing to a train or just craving that seasonal pumpkin spice fix, this Starbucks delivers top-notch drinks and service every time.

They literally always get my order wrong.
Today I ordered a White Hot Chocolate (ordered 3x from here and not once was anyone able to get it), but today I straight up got a regular latte. I know how busy it may get since I used to work for Starbucks, but pleaseeee just read the label. There is straight up espresso that I did not ask for in here.

TWO STARS REVIEWS, is all you need to know. Worst customer service starting with some kids thinking they are always right, and having a negative attitude. Service is bad & slow, never seen so many incompetent staff working at one location. Often missed my train due to their extremely slow & poor customer service. Baristas need extensive training. Overall CORPORATE should revised this location.

I don't come here that often. Maybe this was my third visit, but they don't even shake the refreshing iced beverages, such as Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade. I have noticed that.

Quick and efficient service when I visited. I bet it’s very crowded during rush hours since it’s located in a major train station.

The waitress, Sam, was on her cell phone while preparing my drink and didn't do it right. I had to ask her to do it again, and she did it reluctantly. Terrible service.

Too loud music. No place to sit.

Delia has an attitude and rude to me just because I wasn’t hear what she say and ask her to say again. This is not the service pp should do to the customer, even you got a bad day.

The worst ever. Not busy at all when I went but still you could see the terrible layout full of bottlenecks at the till and excess staff tripping over each other in the service area. It is clear from reading other reviews my experience is not unique. Supervisors are aggressive when you bring it up. Literally screaming “complain to corporate!” So… Hey, Corporate? Your Penn Station experience is awful.

No place should push for tips before service/product. That's like extortion. And no amount of 1 star reviews will stop Starbucks from extorting you

Great vibe in there honestly. Staff were friendly with each other but working like a well-oiled machine.

My experience started by walking into this location and placing an order with my fiancé. I ordered an iced caramel latte and she order an iced lavender matcha. I know she ordered this because she never stops talking about how excited she is for Starbucks to bring this drink back. Anyways our order came out 4 minutes or so after ordering which is completely normal. The order however was wrong when it came to her drink. We politely explained to the person giving out the drinks that she ordered something different than what they gave us. 10 minutes go by as we are waiting for a remake. I then ask politely again, “hey we ordered that remake it wasn’t forgotten was it?” (Something along those lines). They then pull out the drink. Same exact drink that was wrong before and say that it’s been ready. Same mistake is now made twice. They have no clue on what is going on back there. Takes another 5 minutes to make this drink. Finally get it, no apology, no nothing. In fact we kind of felt like the workers thought that we did something wrong lol. Overall we had to have waited nearly 20 minutes. I was finished with my drink 10 minutes before we left. By the way we were both late to work because of this experience.
