Delia has an attitude and rude to me just because I wasn’t hear what she say and ask her to say again. This is not the service pp should do to the customer, even you got a bad day.
A great Starbucks- gets it right every time. Baristas are friendly and quick at making drinks. Would recommend placing an order online so it’s ready to pick up, whether you’re coming into or out of Penn Station. However, if you can’t, it luckily doesn’t build up too much of a line either.
