Friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been in. I’m visiting here from Va. Staff was constantly welcoming people. Everyone was working hard but also acknowledging people as they picked up their orders. Lots of smiling. Coffee and sandwich were great. Great job

They said at 7.30pm okay we are closing, pls leave. But the sign said open until 8pm. There was a massive amount of ice in my drink plus two zips to drink. Plus the staff was super demotivated. :/

Terrible Customer Service. Waited 30 minutes for 3 drinks. I got 1 drink every 10 minutes. Girls Behind the counter kept getting distracted and talkative with a couple of boys whom also work there but were off the clock. Watched 2 of my drinks get the sticker put on the cup a put on the other side of counter for awhile a then when the employees remembered they were there, 1 cup was accidentally pushed on the floor. Sat on the floor for 10 mins while other customers who ordered way after me got their drinks. when my cup was found on the floor, they finally picked it up an switched it over to a new cup. Completely unprofessional place.

Meh, location is convenient. It's underground and you can get there without having to venture outside,no cold air rushing in every time the door opens. The subway is spitting distance from this starbucks Service was sooooooo slow. It was mostly tourists in there and after waiting 15+ minutes for our order I know why. Even if you worked in an office upstairs you'd blow your entire lunch break getting your coffee. Cell phone signal was strong in there but this isn't a location I'd pick for remote work. Not a lot of seating (a lot of standing room) no windows, most customers are in groups so it's very loud.
This location is busy. But the most disappointing thing was my mocha Frappuccino tasted awful. No time to have it remade.

The pink drink is not worth it at all and not made with any real fruit and does not taste like strawberry. The pumpkin spice latte is good but not particularly special and again, does not taste anything like pumpkin.
