Jessi the night manager provided excellent service. We were looking for a drink to cool off in the heat and she gave us a great walk through on the different flavors for what would be best for us.
Whenever I’m in New York for business I usually head to a close Starbucks for a quick breakfast on my way to meetings.There are so many Starbucks’ in the city but this one is particularly busy in the mornings, specifically. It can take 10-30 minutes to get your food and drink order depending on how busy they are, between 7 AM - 10 AM, which is hard if you’re in a rush.This Starbucks location in midtown is great and it’s a clean establishment but they need to hire more...
Staff was nice and we were served rapidly at lunchtime on a weekday. But why are there no seats or tables although there is enough space..? We had to huddle on the window sill with the kids to have our lunch..
