There were chairs and bathroom. Pink drink was good. Summer berry refresher though would not recommend.

The morning staff is very rude every time I go in for coffee. I asked for brown sugar, but they never have it.

I went to the location with my friend for a refresher without ice. The cup was deliberately filled 3/4 of the way, when confronted, the barista told me because I chose no ice therefore it can't be filled to the top, unless I pay $1 more! It's an absurd excuse, I paid for a size grand, therefore I deserve a size grand drink, and a separate cup of ice is free of charge!
I won't be going back to this Starbucks that wants to rob me when the drink price is already more than average!

Sadly I was forced to call starbucks corporate office to get a refund.
My employee arrived at this starbucks on May 04,2025 at 8:45 am to pick up an online order

The lady at the counter was rude, nasty and very unprofessional. While I'm on the telephone with my employee I can hear her through the phone yelling at my employee. This is simply unprofessional.If this is starbucks new customer service policy then I will no longer be a customer at starbucks. I can pay way less for coffee and get a much better experience. While my employee was at the store, the young lady was rolling her eyes and sucking her teeth.
My order was for $21.38
I called corporate and was issue a full refund and a case number # CS13695506
I was so heart broken that mean and my employee was treated like animals in the street.
I have just ordered myself a fancy coffee machine on Amazon that will allow me to make all my espressos, cappuccino, ice coffee and froth my hot steamed milk for my hot chocolate.
This machine will be placed in my office and I can use at work.
When I want coffee on the go I'll go to Paris Baguette or Levain bakery where i can get a bigger selection and better customer service.
I will no longer give my services to starbucks.

Linda has treated us and all clients so badly, it seemed like she was doing us a favour, didnt even talk when asking for anything.
It was the same situation for other customers right after me.
the coffe was ok but the treat.. there wasn’t treat.
Plus, bathroom was very dirty as the rest of the place.

Location is great for Mobile Pick-Up. Stars are for the baristas, they are always nice, and fast with my drinks. I would steer clear from ordering via cashier.

Wanted to reload my starbucks card with a gift card I recieved. After it failed, I requested to lower the amount for reload. The lady at the register said and I quote "oh my god", and gave me a look. This happened on New Years Day, what a great human interaction to start the year.

Spectacular workers, however steer clear of the food, second time trying the turkey and pesto, and i am sick to my stomach, threw up and glued to the toilet all morning. Not sure what the issue is but save yourself the trouble and just grab coffee

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks. The service was incredibly slow, and the baristas seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually doing their jobs. I ordered two chai lattes and had to wait over 15 minutes, even though the store wasn’t busy. It’s frustrating to see such lack of urgency and professionalism. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Starbucks.
