I’ve visited this Starbucks a few times now, and my experience has always been the best. They’re really clean here, even the bathroom. The employees are super nice and friendly and helpful when needed. They make their drinks perfectly and don’t skimp out. It’s filled to the brim which I very much appreciate. Truly recommend this location.

Short blonde girl with glasses is slow and rude, and just talks to her coworkers while they’re working and customers are waiting. I ordered a petite scone which she took a while to get and when I saw her grab it then put it to the side, I let her know it’s mine and she was rude when she handed it to me.
I continue to receive bad service by just one individual at the 14 W 23rd Street location, I'm certain her name is Raquelle, often show me attitude for no reason. My goal is to be in and out. I'm still trying to understand why she just can't do her job. She's very unprofessional and rude to me for several months now, I will be reporter her to corporate.
