This is STARBUCKS!!!! THE Atmosphere from the Walkin was well provided here today! They made a special drink for her customers which was a brown sugar Boba cold foam with oatmilk BABY!!!!!!!! This was honestly the most cleanest Starbucks I visited ina long time. Amazing customer service for this rainy day.

I ordered from this Starbucks for the first time today on my way to my office. It was as busy as expected for 8:45 on a Thursday. I gave my order to an incredibly nice cashier and when they asked for my name, I just said it. I usually spell it out loud or use the Starbucks app in store but I didn't this time. Its usually spelled and pronounced wrong anyway. Except today! My name was spelled right and another barista, Marlon, pronounced it correctly. It's a small gesture and I am normally not one to review a business regardless of my experience but it was really lovely to hear my name being pronounced correctly and then to see it spelled right too. It's the little things that matter sometimes. Thank you Store #13539!!!!

Hate this location. You either get your order completely wrong or nothing at all. Older barista who works there denied to get me a treat I ordered just because she couldn't get to it. That morning they were suppose to be open at 6 but didn't open till 6:40 and they still weren't prepared for any kind of customers. I dread coming here.

This was my favorite Starbucks until they put the stools in. Not everyone can sit on stools. MY back will go completely out of place if I do. Shame was my favorite.

One of the best Starbucks in the city. Team is super welcoming. Tamia is one of the highlights in every visit. Knowing customers by name goes a long way in service.

Newly renovated, just re-opened couple of weeks ago. Still doesn’t look as extravagant as some the more nicer Starbucks. The counter is all the way in the back, feels very cramped. But there’s huge open space in front, including mobile order pickup. There are few small tables to sit and eat.Not so busy during the day. I put in a mobile order after walking into the store, as 4 other ppl were in front of me. I got my drink before all of them. Service was pretty good and my chocolate chip frappe was perfectly made. Going to visit this store more often as it is right opposite to my work.

For months I've asked for decaf - any decaf, hot or iced - and they just never have it brewed. I work next door and get other beverages and foods, so I'm saying daily if not twice daily I check for decaf. How do you not have decaf? What happens with pregnant people or people with heart conditions? To make matters worse, they list that they do have decaf on the app, so you'll order it and then they tell you when you arrive that they don't have it and what else do you want.

They are hard working and do their best to be fast in a very busy store with loads of mobile orders and in person orders. They are very nice and friendly and very understaffed so please give them a break.
