I recently stopped by the Starbucks on 99 Wall Street, and I found it to be a solid choice if you’re in the Financial District and need a quick coffee fix or a brief work-stop. The location is convenient — tucked among the downtown office hubs, making it very easy to access if you’re working nearby or catching transit. The interior is fairly roomy for a city shop: there’s a good number of seats and large tables that make it possible to stay for a short while with a laptop or paperwork. Some reviewers note that it “has good seating” and tends to be busy no matter the time of day. 
Service is generally prompt: I didn’t wait long for my order, and the staff seemed accustomed to the morning rush. One reviewer mentioned arriving at opening and finding the store already “super clean, stocked and ready to caffeinate people up”.  On the flip side, because of its downtown location and constant foot-traffic, it does feel a bit hectic at times. If you’re hoping for a quiet café vibe for an extended stay, you might find the “buzz” of the area distracting. Some users also raised minor complaints about amenities — for example, one review noted no restroom access. 
In summary: if you’re after a dependable coffee stop in a prime downtown spot, Starbucks at 99 Wall St delivers. It’s not a peaceful hidden gem, but it’s convenient, clean, and capable for short visits or work bursts.

Girl named melody put god knows what in my drink to be cute about me complaing about waiting 15 mins for a mobile order… I walked outside and the little girl ran as fast as she could (or some would say rolled) to the back when she seen me spit my drink out. It was clearly sour and she did it on purpose.
Had to call corporate cause she was hiding in the back refusing to tell me what she put in my drink. As the staff refused to give her name well except for one girl who was scared by the other group. She knew what it was she was joking with the other clown who played dumb after . She was claiming she was uncomfortable lmao she was hiding cause she was busted . It’s fine corporate gave me 100 bucks and is investigating her and the staff who refused to give her name as she hid.
I’ll be back to say hi soon. Maybe give them a second chance lmao., i can’t wait to watch melody roll away again.

Our weekly ritual on our way home after a Doctor’s visit. The spacious and bright but calm atmosphere, courteous staff and friendly service always brings a smile to my face. Thanks to the wonderful Team there.

Visited the store early in the morning as hotel was round the corner , the staff was friendly and welcoming , did visit one afternoon where they had a trainee working , he was slow but everyone had to start some where , he was polite and helpful Did find a welcoming message on cup
