They don't have a bathroom. We arrived 40 minutes before closing and they treated us reluctantly, they did not accept cash.
They have no place to sit, only 4 chairs in the entire place.
They turned off the lights with customers inside with 25 minutes left before closing.

The staff were patient and helpful.
I get that there might be challenges with having too many seats, but having just 4 to 6 does not make sense when you have a lot of visitors passing by who want to have a quick break and sit down. We had to wait for a few minutes in an almost empty store to have a small sit down break with our drinks.

Rude staff and they only allow their staff to use what is very clearly designed to be a public restroom.

In the USA, it's a really popular place and a really good place for coffee.

Terrible experience. A toilet is available but is blocked off and permanently not in use because they have less than the legal amount of seats to require needing to offer a bathroom.

They have the music blasting at a ridiculous volume to discourage people from staying long.

It's pedantic of me but why have a bathroom on site and block it off to save a teeny amount on upkeep. Sad.

It was my first time visiting New York. I came here on the morning of my birthday. I ordered a venti peppermint Frappuccino. The music was so loud that I had to repeat my order to the employee three times. I received a hot peppermint cappuccino instead of the Frappuccino. I was hesitant to tell them that they got my order wrong just because I felt they would give me an attitude. And I was right. I wasn’t trying to get a new free drink. I returned the Cappuccino to them and asked them kindly if they could make the correct order. The guy who took my order yelled at me in front of my best friends and husband and said, “No, you ordered a Cappuccino.” He looked at me like he was ready to beat my face. I didn’t argue, said it was ok, and left the Cappuccino on the counter.

Please, if you dislike your job, leave. No human being deserves to be treated like how you treated me. I hope your situation gets better, as it seems like you are going through some hardships. I hope you have a blessed life.

They do not know what they sell. Keep confusing you, so you order more than you need. They have $5 menu and have no idea what's in it. There is not even 1 combination that ends up with $5. And, they ask for tip and give you an attitude face at the end.
We ended up ordering coffee only.. and it was more than $10. I know, i should have just left.. You can never win there.
