The older Black male cashier is a racist and should be fired immediately. He got angry at a customer for their pronunciation, couldn’t understand even a simple “tall size” order, and still reacted with attitude. Even when the customer slowly spelled out their name letter by letter, he acted like he couldn’t understand and responded with more attitude. Fire him immediately — he is a racist.

Extremely disorganized store. Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been to (and I’ve been to MANY). Same experience every time I come here.
Mobile orders are all over the place. Drinks take forever / they usually forget about it. Today after having to remind them they finally gave it to me, sized up. I told them this isn’t the size I ordered and they gave me an attitude saying they sized up as if I should be grateful. People order the sizes they do often because of portion control.
I recommend just going to the 36th & 6th store since the staff here at 35th & 7th can’t get their shit together, ever

I’m not sure what’s going on lately but the coffee hasn’t been bitter but almost salty. Used to love Starbucks coffee but something has changed and not for the better. Service was a bit slow for midday but not horrible. The renovations are really nice. Super clean.

Asked for small coffee and I was charged for a medium! Even though I was loud and clear about the size. In order to seat and sip, I had to swipe credit card to get in like a train ride which also didn’t work!!! Staff told me wait so she will do something it and I realized after several minutes she’s on the corner talking to phone.

I was waiting for my drink where just about every customer was getting their drink except for mine. When I asked when my drink would be up, this particular cranky staff member snapped that she's only in charge of making hot drinks and that she doesn't know. She mentioned when she's finished with the hot drinks, she'd make mine. Doesn't make sense since a bunch of customers got their drink solely because they ordered a hot drink. Didn't appreciate I was snapped at for asking a question. This will be the first and last time visiting this location.
