I’d like to bring to your attention that over the past two days, my favorite drink — iced matcha — has been prepared differently: it’s blended instead of shaken. This significantly changes the taste, which is especially important for me as someone with gastritis. I hope you can return to the original preparation method to maintain the quality I’ve always appreciated.

I was waiting for my drink where just about every customer was getting their drink except for mine. When I asked when my drink would be up, this particular cranky staff member snapped that she's only in charge of making hot drinks and that she doesn't know. She mentioned when she's finished with the hot drinks, she'd make mine. Doesn't make sense since a bunch of customers got their drink solely because they ordered a hot drink. Didn't appreciate I was snapped at for asking a question. This will be the first and last time visiting this location.

One can't expect much of a service in the Midtown of our great City. That's why it was so nice to encounter Kiki, one of the baristas at this Starbucks. She was helpful and pleasant, and noticing that I had to spend some time in the café (working on a difficult project which was not budging), she came by my table and offered water and a refill. I don't typically need refills, trying to cut down on caffeine, but this time it was a gift from heaven. Also, consider the attentiveness - in today's age! Thank you, Kiki, I have fond memories of this Starbucks because of you.

I came to order a double espresso and a brownie. There was a group of 3 people before me who were choosing something for quite a long time and the girl who took the order was polite and friendly with them. When they placed their order I went up and started to place my order. This girl just turned away and started talking to her colleagues. I waved my hand at her to get her attention, to which she told me that it was rude of me. I turned around and left. "Wonderful" service. I wish this girl the same attitude everywhere she goes.

I hate giving bad review but here it is - try not to come before 10am on weekdays - it’s a mad house with lots of mistakes and very long wait time. Some of the staff very nice some are impatient. That review is valid for many busy Starbucks locations
Great coffee, all the food is great. However I started working 3 doors down from this location, over 2 years ago. A small White Chocolate Moca was around $5.00. I was charged $8.50 for my last one over 6 months ago, and I asked why, and it was because I asked for Skim milk. The Chocolate croissant was almost $5.00. That was last one and I'm never going back. I know the store that is next to me is closed for renovations and will probably cost more when you are done. When I first started my job, there was always a line. For the last year, there is never a line anymore, no matter what time it is. I will never go to a Starbucks again. I have been a customer for over 20 years and you are making a huge mistake, raising the prices that much in 2 years. There are also now lots of competition that actually make real lattes, not lattes with whipped cream. Good luck, you just lost a customer and from what I see every time I walk by. I'm not the only one. I now go to Dunkin Donuts and get a large Latte, with whatever changes I want for $5.42. That is what it cost me this morning. They also have Chocolate croissants at half your price and just as good. You are going to go bankrupt if you keep raising your prices because you are so greedy.
