So I was told I couldn’t get ice today. The amount of money I’ve spent at Starbucks in one month alone to told I can’t get ice. Not sure when hospitality stopped being a thing at Starbucks but thankfully there’s a great Dunkin around the corner. Sbux used to be about making moments right and connecting. Guess I’ll be getting to know them from now on… could I get ice somewhere else? Yeah but why turn ppl away when we come and drop $15 on breakfast

The place is nice but the staff is terrible. I was there maybe a week ago and it was much better. Today I, and a dozen other people sat there and waited while this one chubby lady with white tortoise shell glasses laughed with another girl about who knows what. I thought the woman in front of me was going to explode it was so annoying and it appeared as though the chubby lady was the manager or a manager! I've never seen such a display in a busy Starbucks. Usually the staff is on point in the early AM.

Nice, modern Starbucks in a great central location — just a few minutes from Grand Central Station. The coffee was really good and the staff friendly, even though it gets quite busy around lunchtime. Seating is limited but perfect for a short break or some quick work. Wi-Fi works well, and the atmosphere feels urban and relaxed. A solid Starbucks spot in the heart of Manhattan.

There are better places, better prices, better locations, and I understand why, like the supposed manager, who can get a job thanks to the clients, and I really don't appreciate it. Mure behaved very unpleasantly. They should change her or do something about her. The truth is, I have many friends who went to this cafe, but they will stop going.

The workers in the morning don’t ever make my correct always have attitude like I’m paying for what I ordered but end up getting something else poor customer service my coffee order is always wrong then when I ask them to fix it the guy is always having a attitude I’m done going to this location

Lovely location but unfortunately the staff is refusing to honor the refills policy. They insist contrary to Starbucks policy that you only get a coffee refill if you ordered drip coffee in the first place.
Another one of my go-to Starbucks. Convenient location, very clean, and friendly staff.
Not much indoor seating, but the outdoor tables are nice during the warmer months.

I ordered small americano with milk i didn’t say for order pls put the steam milk inside was my bad but when i got my coffee really cold come back to store then they are saying okay no problem we can make a new one then bartender guy front of me just get the cup put the hot water and steam milk inside then he told me your new americano i don’t say anything

This was my first time at this Starbucks and it was at the peak of the morning rush and, oh my goodness, did this location run like a well-oiled machine! It was incredible to watch how they filled orders with an unparalleled efficiency! It was like watching a masterclass in how a business should function. Plus, I just got the sense that all the employees were loving the process. It was like they all love working there and making customers' mornings better. I consider myself a morning person, but these were true morning people who deserve serious kudos! I ordered a Venti Flat White with an extra shot and it was great. Overall, a fantastic experience that did indeed start my day right!
