They have a sign looking for staff....They need to find asap. Staff here are soooo bad. They couldn't care less if you get your drink or not. I hope none of them are doing the hiring lol.

I was passing by this starbucks and was in pain on my stomach all of the sudden. I notice there was employees inside so I knock on the door to ask for help, and maybe call an ambulance for me. All three starbucks employees saw me in pain. (holding my stomach, knocking on the door for help for around 10 minutes) They chose to ignore me. Luckily, i got help from mcdonalds down the street instead. The lack of empathy was very disappointing.

This starbucks is pretty good. The food is good but the only issue I have with it is that you need to make a purchase if you want to get a water cup, which is literally just tap water. The service is ok, the workers are nice. The atmosphere i would say isn’t the best if you are trying to get work done, there are always teenagers especially after school that just go inside and don’t pay for anything.

Workers are distracted talking amongst themselves and singing to the music instead of focusing on the order. Frequently gets the order incorrect unless I order online. Stick to ordering online than dealing with staff. Took about 20 mins to get 1 drink and they were not very busy

I ordered a bunch of items from Starbucks and I sat there waiting for a specific one for about 20 minutes and when I asked them, they said that they were making it and that they were busy and they needed time and then when I asked for the manager, cause I’ve been waiting for so long The manager said that the girl who rung up my order never rung it up because she was too busy talking about some other stuff to take my order correctly, even though people were telling me it was being made

This Starbucks is big and spacious, which is a plus, though the layout is a bit odd—there are triangle-shaped tables that aren’t very practical. One thing that stood out was the handwashing sinks being placed outside of the bathroom. If there aren’t sinks inside, that’s a questionable setup hygiene-wise.
Service was where things really fell short. I had an issue with my drink but didn’t feel comfortable speaking up after seeing how the barista, Ted, handled two other customers. They asked politely for remakes, and he shut them down with, “It’s going to be the exact same. Just stir it.” Stirring is literally part of the job—and the dismissive attitude made the whole experience feel unpleasant. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Starbucks.

Im about 8m visibly very pregnant. There was a long line and I was waiting to order my coffee but I asked to use the bathroom while I waited they said no. I needed to wait to order aboit 10ppl in front of me. No compassion at all. Even after showing them I was going to pay. I understand policy. But I also expect a little compassion since there was a huge line. Went somewhere else to work.

These workers are the best I’ve seen. They are very friendly. Drea at the front when I first walked in was smiling and bubbly and you could tell she had regulars. Very friendly. Chill music and everyone made to feel comfortable. Best service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. They may benefit from a security guard. Other Starbucks in areas I’ve seen staff treated awful called slurs and I’ve had to tell them there rights as employees as I learned the NY labor laws and rights for employees and other locations in Queens etc in the city have 1-2 officers at all times. I’m a week away from my doctoral proposal thesis defense and had a meeting in the morning. I live two hours and wanted to work somewhere I paid for drinks I didn’t even want just to sit all day and do work and no problem.
