During rush hours, it’s the crowdest starbucks I’ve ever seen, so you better arrive a bit earlier. However, staff makes up on being the nicest ever, 5 stars to them

Looking forward to their reopening. I work in the area and I always have a great encounter from the Baristas there. I miss seeing Lily and her crew..even though I still see them at other locations nearby lol.

The barista does not know how to prepare Espresso Lungo. Long waiting time and cups cowered with coffee. Starbucks is a place where you go when you have no other options, because it's very difficult to just find a normal coffee in the US.

This location rocks! Lilly was so great and helped me out when I messed up my order. The rest of the staff are great too. Everything always comes out perfect

Worst Starbucks ever. Extreme long wait even for a regular coffee which takes 2 seconds to pour have to wait with everyone else that got a latte.

Starbucks is all over New York City. The one on Lexington Avenue is ok but not outstanding. Relatively clean and average service.
