The starbucks was renovated over the Covid years and I've been coming here for 20 years; it's a much nicer vibe now. The staff are always friendly, the coffee is always good (for Starbucks - it's consistent). The food, as with every Starbucks, is dire. all out of a packet... but for a Starbucks, this is a good one

Of 100+ Starbucks stores this is the slowest I’ve ever seen. Not sure where the system breaks down. If you want to stand around with a frustrated crowd waiting impossibly long even though they ordered ahead, this is your location. Otherwise order from the 46th and Lex location. SBUX should consider closing this one. It’s hurting their brand.

I was at the Starbucks each day multiple times bringing clients in for a coffee meeting. Honestly, I had the best espresso there along with great Cortada's. I found the space much improved from a year ago when I was last there. The staff was tremendous, friendly, and as quick as can be expected from a site that does a tremendous walk up business along with orders from the app. Well done!

Interior is nice. Workers are nice but the service is so slow! One of the longest waits I’ve had in all my years drinking SB. Prob should have more staff than 2 people (1 register, 1 crafting) during Monday morning/ lunch. At least 4 people scheduled to avoid this again.
