This location is close to my job and the one I usually go to is under construction, that’s why Ive been coming here lately in the mornings to get a sandwich and coffee. And each time, I really hate going here and today was the last time for me. Yesterday, I asked the cashier extra hot 3 times and she said you didn’t say extra hot, I’m like yes I did, she goes no. Like she couldn’t just say yes and take my order. This morning I asked for pistachio latte, no foam and extra hot!! When I got my coffee it was like cappuccino, more foamy. I told barista can I have more milk and he tries to pour cold milk into the coffee that I asked for extra hot! They don’t even make the drink right and they mess it up more. Now I’m drinking steamed milk, no pistachio taste and no coffee in it! Paying almost $8 for a coffee and they don’t even care to read the order and make it right. This has been happening and I really don’t like the way people are being treated. Also, they are very slow to take the orders, as well! They ruined the morning coffee for me.

I went this starbuck because close to my work place. Actually this is one of my favorite store consistent of drink taste than other starbuck.

But I'm so upset for the ppl working at closing time at Sunday around 3.40 make my experience not good as usually.

I order matcha frappe with extra matcha powder because I know the regular recipes not strong enough for me. But when I get my drink the color look pale like more milk. So I taste n no taste matcha. So I ask them to fix, I explained i ask extra matcha powder why no taste matcha at all (this is not first time i buy this drink at this place u can see my app)
The bartista who make talk to me the regular matcha frape more light color, and she talk we always use 3 scoop match and use this spoon bla.. bla.. and then I said. I ask 5 scoop not 3 because I know I try regular ingredients it's not fit to me.
They don't even said sorry or over to fix my drink I must begging them to make new drink for me. And the look not happy.

I got my drink now it's only taste matcha nothing else, I feel like they upset because need make new n they just throw all the match. Very unprofessional. Make very bad drink and experience. Never go back n buy at this store again. Hopefully other ppl don't have any experience like me. Please more training your bartender

Uncaring staff. There were more people waiting for the opening which occurred 10 minutes late and without excuses. Some people left. Bad behavior

Today was my Friday at work after working a long week I got off the train and went to grab a coffee and a snack before work . The cashier on 08/14 at 235-250 pm was highly passive aggressively rude and for the price in coffee and pastry I baught I will never come here again to this particular location . The Starbucks down the block greets me by name and is very friendly when I come there .

The cashier : what’s the name
Me : kayla
And again three more times till she can hear me say Kayla .

Then without me saying anything else she had the nerve to say “you look tired u should go home and get some rest “ first of all I didn’t ask ur rude ignorant employees opinion , I was gna ask for her manager but let it go being she just a Starbucks worker .

Then the person making the coffees lmao obviously and visibly overwhelmed let’s my frapp sit in a blender while she angrily makes other coffees so I say to her with no acknowledgement forget the whip cream I gotta go been standing here while watching her handle other orders lol and she completly ignores me and angrily passes me my frapp . Um , for 7 bucs a frapp 4 to 5 dollars a pastry and that’s the customer service I got after always coming to Starbucks, never again ! I will stick to going down the block on third ave where the cashiers aren’t rude. And to the raggedy cashier , get a job you aren’t so miserable in . I have informed my whole office of the rude comment and nasty service I received here and we will not be coming in there nomore . I’m sure your overwhelmed miserable workers will be pleased . The worst customer service I ever experienced

Taking the time out to write a review based on this interesting scenario this morning at this particular location…4 people walk in the Starbucks to pick up orders at pickup table like we all do everyday all day nothing new.3 of those people are Caucasian…man and women…… The 4th person, an African American man. All 4 people say their names for the order pickup… again nothing new we all do it at Starbucks everyday. The 3 get their coffees and off they go! The 4th however, says his name and is asked to provide a receipt for the proof of order, while the order is sitting there waiting.Asking for receipts? Not a problem. I provided it because I don’t do confrontation, I was raised with respect. But is everyone being asked this? No. Nothing further needed to say. I wish this particular location all the success in the world, but I’ll for sure not be returning to this location.Management needs to be aware of this and correct it. 1/5 experience. 1 star because the coffee was made correctly or else a definitive 0 stars for the experience.
