I love the Brown Sugar Strato Frappuccino so much that I even go on Starbucks tours to find the best one. This location makes it the best, so I come here often. Today, my drink had no flavor, so I politely asked the barista if she could remake it. She kindly did, and it turned out absolutely perfect! She even told me that next time I visit, she can give me a discount on my drink. I feel so lucky to have met such a wonderful employee. Thank you!

Ordered a grande drink at 29th st and walked down to this location needing to use the bathroom. Employees refused to let me use their bathroom seeing I still had my drinks in my hand.. seriously Starbucks??

This Starbucks is so rude to me and they are talking about me plus they spell my name wrong. And plus they make my drink wrong and my cinnamon coffee cake is warm up. I told them not to warm up then they still warm up the cinnamon coffee cake. It terrible staff members. And they spelling my name wrong with Ky and I say KAI at the register. They are so so rude to me.

The staff at this Starbucks is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I spent quite a bit of time here during my last visit and really appreciated how the team worked non-stop with great energy. A special shoutout to Kennedy, who was especially sweet and kind with every customer. While it’s a lively spot and not exactly ideal for studying, it’s definitely a nice place to hang out for a while and enjoy your drink.

I always go for the Matcha. Spot on with the mixing. There is some wait mostly but it moves around pretty quick. Their Spinach pretzel has always been a dish that blows me away. The mugs available are much better and cheaper than the ones you get at the Scammy I Love NY shops. Just about any Starbucks store is welcoming and less time consuming.

My wife and I visited yesterday for the first time, it has been a while since we were in that area of Manhattan and that part of Broadway. Entering the store, you're welcomed by what might just be the most spacious Starbucks I've ever seen, with an additional seating area upstairs. Our entire experience there was a great one, the staff seemed pleasant and speedy. I had a chai rea with almond milk and an apple croissant, both were done properly and quite tasty. The place was immaculately clean, even the restroom, a testament to the staff. Keep up the great work. 👍👍
