Clean store, fast service, the staff was friendly!
One girl in particular, I think she was the manager (she had a black apron) — was very helpful with my service, and super cheerful! Great cafe to sit and work on my laptop..

Big roomy S’bucks with high ceilings and elegant decor on a prize corner near Grand Central. Friendly service and spacious area for picking up drinks. Bustling business types talking shop. Third space galore, but also so gigantic than the app crowd goes in and out. Nice place to grab an espresso before strolling around.

It was pretty empty when I walked in, this one guy at the register greeted me. I believe his name was Eric. Honestly he was like a ray of sunshine and was very cheerful, at one point he was helping someone with directions. He was super kind and my food and drink were made really fast. Everyone was really nice, one other guy made my drink and this super sweet lady handed me my food. I sat down and did some work, and it’s relatively peaceful. I got to watch some of the employees interact. They would banter and joke around with each other and everyone was just really happy. I hate coming into the city its always so loud and stressful, but I had to because I was picking someone up. I honestly really enjoyed coming here I need this level of cheerfulness Eric has in my life 😭😭

I was starbucks customer for years. However when they closed the restrooms for customers is turned people away from them. This is a coffee place and obviously people go ti the restroom. Me and my kid were turn around even though we bought food. It s NOT HUMANISTIC NOT TO ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO USE THE BATTHROOM. People who run this business should try to be without restroom when they want to pee or poop so they would understand what their customers feel. SO RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE OF THEM!

I can never complain about Starbucks...they are one of of the most consistent places across the US. A Frappuccino is always my go to no matter where we are , what time of year it is...plus the assortment of flavors ,old and new never bore .

Mid morning, not very busy, but barristas pleasant and helpful. Not a large space, but things kept moving along, and as usual the coffee was great, I love my Flat White!

Some staff is very rude. I got confused with my order and another order so the lady at register replied me very rudely. Even though coffee cup didn’t had name on it. So wanted me to recognize my order by reading the contents .

My Cars

Never have the chocolate almonds at the 45 street location. Often out of whole milk at the bar and keep the milk bar scarcely stocked. Also should keep napkins near the pick up station so customers don’t have to push there way across the crowed store to get a napkin.

So it’s Yom Kipper today. Had to run out of synagogue and walk the dog. Place was dead and lots of baristas but only one at register. There was a woman ordering 8 things and I knew the price of my pumpkin scone because I get it every day. Someone got it for me and I asked how much it was and the woman in front of me got pissed. I had the exact change and seriously be a little nice. I paid for it and ran run. I guess this is Karma for not fasting but seriously Starbucks, 3 baristas and only one person at register? And the place was empty? Empty. 3 baristas. Seriously?

Some staff are very rude. The register said she couldn't hear what i was saying with an impatient face and subsequently rolled her eyes when getting the details of what I wanted to order. This attitude is unacceptable for SB's standard. She couldn't hear me also because the music was loud as if it's a night club. The staff seem very much enjoying themselves there with loud music, singing occasionally and chatting loudly among themselves. Those are fine but I don't feel they really value and pay attention to the customers. Waited longer than usual for my coffee as well.
