To flee! I have never seen such service in a Starbucks, greeted by a man with a tattoo near his eye who obviously does not know politeness, not even hello, when giving my first name I spell it, he stops me by telling me that he “knows how it is spelled” obviously not since he made a mistake, when our order is ready we go to sit down and I get up to take a spoon, I address one of his colleagues and he looks at me through saying “she couldn’t ask me? ", his colleague told him to shut up and not start, so it must be a habit in his behavior. He has no business being in sales.

The worst Starbucks location. I always order venti matcha. Never get whole cup. Always half of it. They’re not client organized at all. Workers don’t care about customers.

They served us quickly, there was a place to sit and the air conditioning was strong, we were able to take refuge from the heat.

This location is so unorganized & I think they dont have a manager because the staff is always having conversations with eachother without acknowledge the customers they literately can care less its so unprofessional.
I waited 20 mins for my black iced coffee I was trying to explain to the barista that I had previously order it online that someone probably took my drink , the barista didnt care and kept telling me to wait that he had so many tickets coming up .. I waited another 10 mins until I finally gave up and asked him kindly again for my drink again I got ignored thankfully the other lady said someone took my drink and made me another one (rudely of course) I finally got my drink after a 20 min wait that was just tossed in the counter did te even handed it to me never going back again

Not nice team, very slow
I ordered a cheese danish and it was out of stock, so they offered a chocolate croissant as an alternative. The worker heated the last croissant and dropped it on the floor. Then his co-worker told him that it was the last croissant and proceeded to serve me the croissant. That is completely unsanitary and they should not be serving people dropped food. disgusting

Typical new Starbucks and was clean on the inside. There were two baristas at one end making drinks and one of the register who seemed new. They did not work as a team and I had to ask for my food after 10 minutes of waiting and only a few people in the store.

Please retrain the staff on Pumpkin beverages. I have ordered several times over the last couple of weeks and its hit or miss, no consistency. The pumpkin topping is missing or the drink doesn't even taste like pumpkin or my sweetener is missing. For the price paid for these drinks, I shouldn't have to deal with this!

The guy receiving orders was not well-behaved! His name is “Brandon” as I found on his aprons. Didn’t expect from Starbucks!
Also, this branch doesn’t have an outlet to charge your phone/laptop.

It's definitely not a well-designed space but it's a Starbucks, so it works as expected. Not really a good space to linger, it's more about throughput here.
