I visited the Starbucks at 165 Broadway (One Liberty Plaza) during my trip to NYC. The location is super convenient, especially if you’re exploring the Financial District or visiting the 9/11 Memorial.
The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was prepared quickly. The coffee tasted fresh, and the service was prompt.
The seating area was clean, though it was a bit limited, which is understandable given the busy location. It’s more of a grab-and-go spot, but there are a few seats if you need to rest for a moment.
Overall, it’s a reliable Starbucks with good service and quality coffee. Perfect for a quick stop while exploring the city.

This one competes for the WORST service ever! Barista here don't give a s*** about your order, or where it's at. They forgot some of our drinks, but kept arguing that they didn't. Even though some folks from our group got their drinks 20 minutes before others did. Stay away and look for another starbucks!
