As far as Starbucks goes. Not their best store. Service can be slow and the music (which I don't think it's the corporate approved music) is extremely loud at times. I had indicate I couldn't hear the question over the music.
Employees with terrible attitudes like you are inconveniencing them for coming in late in the evening. One employee said to us as soon as we walked in "We don't have a public restroom!" Uhm...we were staying next door at the Park Central Hotel so not sure what she thought of us as we were dressed nicely after spending the evening at dinner and the Empire State Building. You wouldn’t expect great customer service from a grab and go only location, but every time we went in the man up front asked which names our orders were under so he could hand them to us as soon as they came out.
