Service here is terrible. Workers really hate their jobs and i dont blame them. Starbucks should close this location

Wow, never experienced such rudeness at a Starbucks before. Ordered the coffee and was informed that it was a 16-19 min wait! So sat down to wait and was yelled at, “not permitted to sit at this location”. Never had that experience at a Starbucks before.

This is a pick-up only location which I’ve frankly never heard of. My phone wasn’t working and I was turned away by the staff. Apparently you can’t order from the front desk, just a heads up. Staff was very impolite

Just a disaster of a store. Supposed to make it easier to order ahead but the computer never works. You will discover this when you arrive, and then have to wait 30 minutes for them to pour you a cup of coffee.
