The staff are quite low on social intelligence. They are quite disrespectful towards people who sound different or look different from the typical American. If some of the staff perceive you as calm and nonreactive, they become outrightly nasty towards you. One time, the barista missed my order, I had to wait for more than 10mins for the order, and I didn't get an apology for it! The staff need to be trained to be more aware and respectful towards social differences. People don't have to change their personalities or identities for a cup of coffee on 56th street, wow!

The worst experience . After they had no green tea in the middle of the day and even after I agreed for a passion tea . Apparently they don’t do refills in this location.

Went here four mornings. Each morning the staff were extremely friendly. Got the order right each time. Fabulous Starbucks!!

Came to this Starbucks they didn't have the Carmel coffee I wanted, i ordered a plain bagel they didn't have that either, ordered a eggnog latte guess what they didnt have that either, I thought I walked into Starbucks not a regular cheap coffee spot, shame on you Starbucks

This star bucks location is horrible......stopped here on Saturday eve to get caramel latte and Pinky said the espresso machine is not working ....I asked him to give me regular coffee and what next I see that he is pouring coffee from a used glass for my order ...yuck ...can’t belive this is happening in a star bucks cafe ....I cancelled my order and walked out.

The employees are pretty lively and happy for working on a Saturday.
NO BATHROOM! Bad idea for a place serving coffee. Other than that it's a nice little spot.
