The order ahead option is almost always off
Giselle at the cashier was super nice and made me feel super special with her service when I told her it was my bday. She rocks !!!

The people are nice but the mobile orders are always ~10mins late, so what's the point?
We got kicked out because apparently they were at capacity. The staff could’ve approached us nicely but he/she/them was very loud with clear intention of embarrassing us. We were standing at a corner about to order. The staff thought we are just standing there. Very unpleasant service. Do not hang around at this location, you have to be quick or else they will kick you out.

Don’t usually go to this Starbucks but needed to kill some time. Ordered a grande peppermint mocha and a sandwich. My sandwich came out before my coffee because the baristas were making coffee for themselves. No little stoppers for the top so my coffee was cold by the time I got to work. Took the top off to stick it in the microwave and it’s not even filled close to the top. Keep in mind I didn’t drink any of it on my walk. The only reason for 2 stars is because I’m guessing their manger was running register and was nice and so was the guy that made the sandwhich

Not sure what the reviews are on about, but I’ve always had the best experience here before during and after my classes. Never once have I had any issue of bad service and the whole team is the best. They clearly show it by how efficient they are when it comes to getting my order ready. Especially James!! I honestly love James, he’s the sweetest. Services always excellent 🫶🏼

Reliable Starbucks at Hunter with a good seating area. My only complaint: wait times when ordering are unusually high
i love this starbucks and even better, it’s inside my school !! the workers are honestly the sweetest people ever and i never had a bad experience in here. the lines may be a little long but you’ll be out in less than 10 minutes. it’s best to do online order.

For me it’s the manager / supervisor who gets upset if peoples phones are loud. They have a weird no phone use policy or something
I spent nearly $9 on an iced matcha latte just to get iced milk. Second time ever buying Starbucks and it was such a disappointment, again. Tables were highkey dirty, I didn’t feel comfortable putting anything down on it. Very upset that I wasted my money

Male employee named Aaron was very rude and denied access when I asked for access code to use the bathroom. I’m 6 months pregnant I wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t urgent. I’m a hunter college student and have been coming to this location for 3 semesters now.
