Male employee named Aaron was very rude and denied access when I asked for access code to use the bathroom. I’m 6 months pregnant I wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t urgent. I’m a hunter college student and have been coming to this location for 3 semesters now.

They always make beverage less than I ordered even I didn’t customize the amount of ice. It’s annoying.

This location is the worst I've ever experienced. It took a long time to place our order. Order a coffee. When asked if they could put milk and sugar in my coffee. I was told that service is no longer available. Which is not true. Also order a cappuccino. Waited over 15 minutes for my order. They're are people who came in after me receiving thier drinks. Then our drink was made and just sat there. We had to ask for it. Not enough experienced employees working there.

Probably one of the worst Starbucks in New York City by far, let me share my experience for public information only… (this has happened since I have been a hunter student) I’ll start by saying if you don’t have the mobile app don’t even bother coming to this location.. the workers take 15+ minutes to take your order (if your lucky) very disrespectful staff aswell I ordered a small coffee Watched it be made and they placed it down and completely forgot about me and started calling out mobile orders… then the workers were puzzled trying to figure out who’s coffee it even was.. by the time I got it it was cold this kind of stuff of so unprofessional especially near a college!! I waited on line today for 14 minutes!!! And all the other staff just stared at me with this ridiculous look.... and completely had me waiting there. If you are in a rush and need a quick coffee there are allot of better and cheaper alternatives in this area. So T waste your time here

Great location inside my college! Friendly and welcoming employees!!! I always have a lovely experience here. To be clear, I always use mobile app orders and they're prepared quickly. I wouldn't order otherwise, as I have noticed very long wait times.
But for me, it's always been pleasant. The woman (who wears a hairnet and has dark hair, I believe is the manager) is the kindest Starbucks barista l've ever met. Says hello to me by name love they make beautiful funny messages on my cup and treats it makes my day having a happy message on my coffee it brings a smile on my face!!!

as someone that works retail, district managers(!!) you need to increase the budget of this location. everyone here is hardworking and kind, even when the city crowd is unforgiving and hungry. they write personal and uplifting messages on all of my orders, they are appreciative of supportive and understanding clients. some of the stuff they deal with is ridiculous and you can tell its because they are understaffed/under appreciated. this staff is a well oiled machine from what i have seen and are in need of more appreciation from a huge company like this. in my years of coming here, i have never entered without being greeted- even when the clients keep pouring in. great job team!!

So I just sat on my boyfriends lap nothing inappropriate and I guess the manager was talking about to sit on a chair because it is a family establishment like excuse me? This is a cafe not a restaurant. I was just sitting on his lap what is the issue? For a student that attends Hunter, I’m tired of coming here and the Starbucks is opened to the public too. Before they closed, I believe it was only for Hunter students only if not they should make a change or hire more workers. Always either a long wait because of the high amount of students who go to buy drinks or they want to be weird in terms of sitting. I will be going to another location because these rules and the new ones coming out is pretty ridiculous then they wonder why they are getting boycotted. Too many Starbucks locations in NY and you going to have another one public inside of a college campus disgrace. This place should be turned into another library or a college merch store instead of a Starbucks inside a campus that anybody can go to.

Knuckleheads like to stop serving brewed coffee an hour before closing. Servers tend to have attitudes for no apparent reason. @904 Lexington Ave, NYC

I was there last week. On line about to order a drink til one the men working there was screaming at a customer. There order would be ready. That was very unprofessional. If he cannot handle the pressure of working in a high volume environment he should not be working there.

I was in this place on October 13 at 5:30 pm! One of his employees approached me asking me not to speak Spanish on the phone, that bothered the customers! How can a person like her be working in that place? That's called

If you purchase from here, please check the prices that show on the register. The prices displayed on the menu and the prices being charged are not the same. I had to pay a few extra bucks and they wouldn't do anything to alleviate the discrepancy.
