I was there last week. On line about to order a drink til one the men working there was screaming at a customer. There order would be ready. That was very unprofessional. If he cannot handle the pressure of working in a high volume environment he should not be working there.
I was in this place on October 13 at 5:30 pm! One of his employees approached me asking me not to speak Spanish on the phone, that bothered the customers! How can a person like her be working in that place? That's called

If you purchase from here, please check the prices that show on the register. The prices displayed on the menu and the prices being charged are not the same. I had to pay a few extra bucks and they wouldn't do anything to alleviate the discrepancy.

Coffee tastes the worst
red haired barista made my drink wrong, and when I mentioned it, she asked if I wanted her to remake it, and I said yes please. She then rolled her eyes and sighed.

One star only because of the infuriating process to pick up your mobile order. The baristas completely ignore you because they are so overworked and they hold
The drinks behind the counter. I am constantly late because I’m waiting for over five to ten mins to get someone to stop what they are doing to hand me my order. It completely defeats the purpose and ease of ordering ahead through the app. As someone who is your typical busy NYer I beg you MAKE A CHANGE.

Nothing to say about the service attitude and coffee? It’s just that the tables are too close to each other, it feels like they are sitting together... It would be great if 1-2 tables could be removed and the distance between tables could be maintained

I always have a lovely experience here. To be clear, I always use mobile app orders and they’re prepared quickly. I wouldn’t order otherwise, as I have noticed very long wait times. But for me, it’s always been pleasant. The woman (who wears a hairnet and has dark hair, I believe is the manager) is the kindest Starbucks barista I’ve ever met. Says hello to me by name (yes I have a bucks addiction. Haha). But she’s just nice, friendly and seems to genuinely care.

As of November 2022, the company had 35,711 stores in 80 countries, 15,873 of which were located in the United States. Of Starbucks' U.S.-based stores, over 8,900 are company-operated, while the remainder are licensed. The rise of the second wave of coffee culture is generally attributed to Starbucks, which introduced a wider variety of coffee experiences. Starbucks serves hot and cold drinks, whole-bean coffee, micro-ground instant coffee, espresso, caffe latte, full and loose-leaf teas, juices, Frappuccino beverages, pastries, and snacks. Some offerings are seasonal or specific to the locality of the store. Depending on the country, most locations provide free Wi-Fi Internet access. In the 2021 film Ghostbusters: Afterlife, it is stated by Ray Stantz (Dan Aykroyd) that Starbucks had taken over the Ghostbusters' firehouse headquarters at North Moore Street after they went out of business and had turned it into a coffeehouse before Winston Zeddemore (Ernie Hudson) bought it back from them.In May 2015, Starbucks entered a partnership with music streaming service Spotify. The partnership entailed giving U.S.-based employees a Spotify premium subscription and to help influence the music played in store via playlists made using Spotify. Starbucks was also given its own curated Spotify playlist to be featured on Spotify's mobile app.In 2018, Business Insider conducted a test of Starbucks coffee judged by 100 coffee experts. It concluded that although staples of the menu were "too sugary", coffee quality materially improved with particularly strong showings in the firm's iced coffee and nitro cold brew coffee offerings. Insider experts, however, did note that the coffee quality in Starbucks Reserves far surpassed that of the typical retail store.

High marks for professionalism but poor marks for service.I don't fault the workers at this location because they are severely understaffed; moreover, Starbucks' (apparent) service policy seems to favor online orders over customers present in the store waiting for their food and beverages. I went "off-peak" (3:30 on a Friday afternoon) when there was only one customer ahead of me in line. I ordered one item and waited for 15 minutes for it to be served. That said, the staff were polite and and unflustered even while aware of the unduly long wait times for customers in the store.
