Every time I come here my drink is perfect! I’m always greeted, the staff is so kind. I work in all parts of the city and I will drive to this specific Starbucks because they never disappoint! Thank you
This is one of my personal favorite Starbucks because of all the positive energy that they have! ESPECIALLY YESTERDAY!!! I left happy and feeling so good! I thought that because it was packed that their energy would by low but NO! On the contrary they were all lively and happy as could be! I love every worker and if I were a manager there I would give them all a raise! I’m always looking forward to getting my coffee and getting to greet them and I can’t wait for next time to come!
Came in and literally no employees were visible, when 3 of them did walk on they carried on doing inventory rather than acknowledging my existence much less taking my order. Nowhere to sit, literally, at all, and creepy antiseptic vibe. Might as well just go to 7/11 or Trader Joe's and save some cash and time.

Best Starbucks location! They are so kind and very quick with service in here! The experience for me was wonderful from the greeting to when I left where they gave me nothing but positive energy and positive words to set my day up for success.

The ENERGY IN THIS STARBUCKS is everything ‼️ love the guys there they make my drink exactly how I like it, had a horrible morning and soon as I got into the Starbucks my mood completely changed. And I thank you all for that ??

The 3 or 4 times I've come here and politely asked for an iced coffee with light ice and just little milk, saying I like it dark/strong, yet they ignore my simple request and load it up with extra milk and too much ice. It wasn't even crowded, there's no excuse for ignoring the drink order-clearly printed on the cup too. I grab my drink and rush to my appt, and a block away realize I have a weak, watery drink that's very unappealing and unsatisfying, especially when I've just paid nearly $5 for it. Won't be coming here again due to repeated incompetency.
Update after prompt reply from owner: They should listen to customers. I should not have to ask to have a drink fixed after waiting so long in the first place, especially when they're busy and backed up on drinks as is. This wasn't a one off, it's happened before.
I ordered a tall iced coffee, the easiest drink there is to make. Customers ahead of me were waiting for 4-5 mins for a more complex drink and apparently staff forgot to make one to match one already served.
I would've asked for a fix if I'd noticed just how milked up it was (most sank to the bottom and didn't look so bad at first, pic is after I stirred it), if I had time I'd have to have returned and been willing to wait even longer so it was made right, but still wouldn't go back again due to the likelihood it'll happen again and hassle to fix it. I didn't have time, was going to an appt. and already waited too long in the first place..
? Note some other locations have just 2-3 employees as well and aren't this slow and don't screw up orders so frequently. FWIW women here get it right, it's always guys who rush and mess up.

Work in the area and stopped in for an order. Customer service is lacking. I told them my name and waited for my drink. I mentioned I was running late for work. I waited for additional 10 min, just to notice my drink was done. Could of just said my name. I go to the starbucks further up on 3rd ave for better service.

Three male employees gathering around a manager engaging in hostile and aggressive conversation when customers are nearby. Just not suitable for a healthy business environment, and Starbucks shouldn’t tolerate such behavior at the workplace if it wants its business model to remain competitive
we generally go there as our coffee break from office. Somewhat it's not like other starbucks. they need to develop their service.
