It's not a good place to sit and eat but the food and drink here is made so well. The staff is always so nice. It is so nice to be there

Employees are all really nice and accommodating. They make the drinks quick during rush hour. Store is clean and a large seating area.

I go to Baruch, so I've been here quite a few times...and I won't lie my experiences have not been the greatest. But who has time to write a petty bad review so I didn't waste my time. I'm back at Baruch for the Fall semester and I don't know if it's the change in staff or what it is but when I came in, everyone was so happy and saying "Welcome! How are you doing?" to every single person coming in. My order was also made so fast compared to past experiences, and they seemed to be in good spirits. So while I don't have the time to write a bad review, I surely do have the time to write a good one.

Although, this is one of the nicer looking Starbucks, I came in to pick up my mobile order. Ordered 2 drinks and a small bag -- usually this is because I tend to get the 2 cup carrier to place inside the bag. First I asked the guy there by the drinks (some Spanish looking guy with glasses) if he had the carrier for the bag and he ignored me. I asked him again when he was handing a drink to someone else and he said no and proceeded to hand me a tray. I explained that I have a bag and 2 drinks, he shrugged and walked away like it wasn't his problem. So I'm like what was the purpose of me ordering a bag if my drinks were not going to be stable.
I've had experiences at other Starbucks where if they don't have the 2 cup carrier, they either cut the regular tray in half for me or offer me an alternative. But this guy was simply not wanting to help out and literally ignored me. I have never visited this location but because of this one guy it left a bad taste in my mouth.
That being said, there was another barista, a young girl with some green color in her hair who was actually very pleasant. Even though I didn't interact with her, she had a very good energy about her.

Service is okay but make sure to mention the size you want to get or else youâll have the biggest one (they wonât ask you) and the barista wonât even mention anything, which can be a bit vicious :// also the music is too loud.
