I enjoyed visiting all three areas of this reserve. The main floor is large but somehow the floor space isn't adequately used as it seemed there was enough space for people or tables, but a lot of merch. I didn't order anything in the main floor as it always looked like a hot mess. I visited the cocktail bar and really liked the sangria flight. My partner ordered the espresso martini flight and liked it. They seemed to be out of certain ingredients for the martinis and it was unclear how to order. I enjoyed the restaurant part of the reserve area better. The service was top notch, the drinks tasty and the food was just ok. I did like that they have food items you wouldn't find at a regular Starbucks. We also took part in a tasting experience that we booked through open table. We were able to try different coffee blends and it came with pastries.

Stopped by before a show and enjoyed a quick drink. I had a caramel espresso martini and it was delicious. I enjoyed the homage to the caramel macchiato. My boyfriend opted for one of the drinks that the barista had recommended. The vibes were nice and it was a great place to hangout and chat. We were able to walk right up to the bar and get a seat on a Thursday rainy afternoon. We wanted a quick snack and had focaccia bread with oil and balsamic. We could have done without it since the bread was stale and it was literally just oil and balsamic. No seasoning on the focaccia bread. Great place to stop for a drink.

I'm not sure how I feel about Starbucks reserve location. It's big, it's busy and full of shiny coffee machines and multi levels The staff is friendly and everywhere thru-out the shop. I wanted a cocktail but it was a Tuesday and I still had an afternoon of work to get done. Between the sensory overload of the all the people I settled for a bite to prosciutto and cheese sandwich and an affogato with caramel for lunch I was able to snag a chair and a mini hi table near a window facing the espresso bar enjoyed my meal and people watched. If I was in the area I would pop in again for a spell but it would have you be either here or Chelsea Mkt across the street not both it's too much sensory overload and crowds

Pay more for your coffee while you get nothing in exchange. Wifi was off almost whole time, I even asked about it and they were not sure of the issue. The atmosphere is nothing special compared to the regular stores and there is only one floor which becomes crowded. I think startbucks should do something about their terrible wifi.

Fancy coffee shop with a few more alternatives on the coffee beans than a regular Starbucks.

The staff were not welcoming; rather, they were pretty rude. Some were making fun of an order, which was distasteful. However, the food itself was good.

The martinis were too notch but the service stocked, my husband and I walked in the host was cool but as soon as we sat at the bar we had no bartender come up to us to ask us if we wanted anything to drink we got a two glasses and a bottle of water without it being poured for us than we proceeded to wait a good 15 minutes before the host came back to us to ask if we wanted something to drink other than water he took our drink orders all this mind you it was not packed at all there was one other couple at the bar which the bartenders were more than happy to be chopping it up and laughing having a good ol time while we sit there looking stupid. Just a very irritating experience but at least the espresso martini flight was good.

Ok it was a weird mix of commercial statrbucks and high end espresso martini bar vibe. but it was open seating and u order at the bar and the drinks were slightly elevated in the presentation but the quality was just the same as if you went to a regular starbucks would come back if wanting to lounge but tbh i think u can get the same experience for cheaper at another coffee shop or nice starbucks there is literally no reason for the reserve nonsense. this reserve location is not very focused on the barista coffeemaking experience other than the upstairs bar

This is my first time in the Starbucks reserve. I found that ambience to be inviting, good place to chill and or get some work done. Would be a great spot to meet for a first date. The music is a little loud, but not overbearing The food selection is different than the regular Starbucks. I ordered an iced Americano with a pump of chocolate, which is what I usually get and it was OK! My olive stick was delicious w more olive than bread ! The chocolate chip cookie was ok. I would not order again but I'm a cookie snob! I want an espresso Martini , but it is morning time. All the baristas seem friendly and informative. I thought the prices were going to be a lot more, but they are comparable to regular Starbucks. I definitely recommend this place. And I can't wait to return to try a new beverage in the evening.

An upscale coffee joint tucked into the heart of the Meatpacking District. I love me a good Starbucks Reserve and the NYC one fits the vibes of the city so well -- it's not as large as the Chicago one, but has plenty of room and a distinct feel! The upstairs bar feels super luxe and the decor feels really dark and moody, which I love. I'm not a big coffee person, but got a Whiskey and Coffee pairing at the bar and it was SO. GOOD. This whiskey barrel-aged cold brew was the smoothest cup I've ever tasted and the whiskey was quality too. It was fun to read about and the ambiance was nice too! A fun, albeit bit touristy, spot!

It's a nice concept, but considering the prices and lack of comfortable sitting with power for your laptop, it doesn't seem to be a good value proposition. Coffee tastes like any other Starbucks, but the bakery is amazing. The coffee and pastry I ordered is about $15, and it's one of the cheapest options! Service was way slower than a regular Starbucks. I waited like 15 minutes and store was half empty and no line.

We had a date with our couple friends and tried out the Starbucks reserve experience for a change.. we were not disappointed- our barista Clay, made the experience really fun and worth it. It was a treat trying out different coffee blends .

customer service does not match the looks of the store, baristas at hunter college Starbucks are more fitted to be at this store. If you don't like your job don't pass it to your customers you better quit. Wrong order given-asked for espresso brown sugar oat milk ...k got the espresso but they forgot the rest!!! Manager more interested in chatting with colleagues-manager just seemed "bothered" It is a beautiful Starbucks -

I ordered a small iced caramel macchiato and it was way too small for the price, the shots of expresso tasted burnt and the foam tasted nothing like caramel, I don’t even think caramel was added! Definitely do not recommend, however you can use the bathroom without buying anything which is a plus ??‍♀️
