My experience was actually awful solely because of the PRICES. Less than a month ago, I was NYC and the lavender matcha had just come out. I went to try it and had about $3 in a Starbucks gift card. Once she scanned it, the cashier said “that will be $11”… WHAT? The cashier told me that they up charge because they are located inside of a hotel. Mind you, I got a grande. Without my gift card, I would have paid $14 for a MEDIUM SIZED DRINK. I did indeed change to a non-dairy milk which is an extra charge, but this was more than double what I think I have eveerrr paid at a Starbucks. This wasn’t even the hotel that I had stayed at, but if you do stay here, I understand how convenient this might be, but I urge you to just walk a few minutes outside of your hotel to a Starbucks that doesn’t double the usual prices.

Go around the corner for a normal priced Starbucks. This one has a huge price hike for and unknown reason.

Worst experience ever, order 3 coffee received only 2 and when I ask for the other one not one knew about it and said “bye”, 3 employees no other customer and lost one coffee, don’t go there.

Absolute daylight robbery. $12 for a small iced coffee? Then to ask for 20% tip on top of that… lack of customer service!

Fastest Starbucks in the neighborhood.I almost wasn't going to share the secret; however, since you can't rate on the Starbucks app, I thought these guys deserved the shout-out.In the morning you can order on the app from three blocks away and these guys are ready when you get there. I suspect they own a time machine.In the evening, they are also fast, but a bit more busy. It's full of tourists, theater goers, and Broadway stars grabbing a coffee before a show. Who just held the door for you? Oh no biggie, just one of this year's Tony winners!

Honestly, this is the best ever Starbucks. I ordered a grande iced white mocha. That drink was immaculate. Pretty long line but the service was quick as possible. Y’all killed it!!!

The drink tasted normal and good.The store layout is cramped and confusing. We were told not to use an open door as we were walking through.There is a 50% mark up on prices. The $4 americano cost $6 here.Service is curt and unfocused.Many other Starbucks in the area. Try a different one.

This place is day time robbery when they charge $11 for a $6 drink. Then they run out of brown sugar 7am. What kinda mgmt runs this spot. And the employees, feel like u bothering them with a drink order, none of them wanna work, this is all 7 in the morning. Avoid this spot.

Walking in there like walking in a ghetto barely have the things I request . Never have the peppermint syrup when all the Starbucks in the area does . They laugh like it’s funny . Music always loud like it’s always a hangout chill spot . You hear them way into the hotel lounge area and into the garage singing or rapping loudly.

Walked in 15 minutes before closing and the staff acted like we interrupted them. They said only coffee and tea was available. I asked their hours and they said they are not technically closed but they put everything away. Wouldn't have trusted them to make anything after that. The store should be available to all services until the store is closed. Very professional..
