Great spot. Staying at a hotel just 2 minutes walk down Lexington Ave so very convenient. Smiling staff were greeting everyone happily at 8:10 AM, very nice. Even though they were busy they had my Americano all hot and ready to go in about 6 minutes. Lots of seating inside, unlike a lot of newer Starbucks I see these days. Metro station is immediately outside the front door, just can't get a better location than this.
My husband got green tea and when he picked it up to drink, the paper cup popped and spilled hot tea all over his legs. We got a new one and compared the paper cups, the one that popped was thinner and the other one was studier. It was unfortunate, his foot got burned. That was yesterday, 19 july at around 1pm. Nobody asked him how he was. The staff didnt care. My rating is poor.
