Ah c'mon, I waited a good thirty-five minutes for a jalapeno chicken pocket I saw y'all put into the heater and forget about while you guys rushed about with all the orders. I know you guys are busy since I came around noon and it was really crowded, but workplace is messy with spills and stains.
The chicken pocket was tragically burnt on one side and frozen on the other, and you charged me five dollars for this square? Bummer.
Only reason I'm gonna give service two stars instead of one is that you're the first Starbucks that spelled my name right, amazing!

I have never heard of not being able to get a cup of ice water on a severly hot day without making a purchase. Starbucks is the only coffee chain that asks you for something this ridiculousness as if it costs money to pour a cup of water for a dehydrated person. Meanwhile, any other coffee chain would have no problem giving you a cup of ice, heck even a small owned business would. This location sucks. And the Park Ave South entrance is severely narrow.

Came here to do a little work - the staff were friendly. Bathroom was cleaner than some other locations I’ve visited in the past. Overall not too shabby.

Staff sucks, i was the only guy in the store and waited 5 minutes to be served even after both of the workers saw me. Ordered a single espresso. Didn't check it until I already left. There was maybe 10 ml of espresso in the cup. Like less than a sip. Absolutely ridiculous.

A very rude employee hung up on me after he asked me to repeat what I said. Perhaps training on how to treat customers would be a good investment as well as having the calls recorded for training purposes. Thumbs down for rudeness that’s not the Starbucks brand.
