I was visiting NYC from Canada and had one of the best Starbucks experiences thanks to the whole team and especially incredible baristas—Chris and Chariece. From the moment I walked in, they were both so warm, kind, and genuinely attentive. They made sure my drink was just right and even checked in to see if everything was okay.

This place is my go to when i need coffee, customer service was the best in all my starbucks experiences, specially Kris, this guy is not even the manager but he’s the nicest person, always smiling and helpful, i heard that the actual manager is transferring him to another location, if that’s true I’m not coming back there, shoutout to the other staff ( Sergio, Tyler, Sydney, and one more dude I don’t remember his name)that are very nice too.

Awww nooo, not again! Came here for a Gill-laté and they can’t make one! What’s up Starbucks you don’t know what a Gill-laté is??? Once you go Gill, you never go back to the boring ways in which to enjoy coffee!
