I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks on Friday, 8/22/2025. The staff should be commended for their genuine friendliness. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, energetic smiles that immediately made me feel welcome. Both the cashiers and baristas went above and beyond, creating such a positive atmosphere.
I’ve been a Starbucks customer for many years, but this was the very first time I’ve felt truly this welcome. For the record, it was the morning team who made the experience so special. Their kindness and energy set a great tone for my entire day. I look forward to returning soon. Job well done!

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks, but this one always stands out. The staff here are some of the friendliest and most considerate I’ve come across in any cafe; especially impressive given how busy it gets. And despite the volume, the drinks are consistently excellent!

I love starbucks but this one was different, I asked for my cappuccino and si ce is hot here I asked them to make it warm so they gave me hot and I asked nicely to please make it warm and the guy took it back put it in the trash and made another one and gave me a hot one again, if they are tired well they need to realize that they work with customers

It seems like there’s no supervisor, all girls were singing loudly and dancing, it was not only me who got annoyed, it’s ok if you enjoy working, but they should respect customers space too. They supposed to be working instead of acting like they are in a club!

Once I came to buy a coffee, but at the second time, I just asked for a glass of water but the bartender refused and said “you need to buy one”

Thats not a way to behave a customer, if it was your son or daughter ? You would never refused to give a piece of water

The best way to keep a customer for continue buy food or coffee is to be nice firstly

There is a lady who works in the cashier who is very impolite to the customer. I was ordering a cup of drink, and she said, "I can't see." She then asked me to read the details of the item I ordered for her. When I started reading, she immediately stopped me and took my smartphone to read it on her own.

During the whole process, I can feel her impatience and impoliteness to me, which ruins the positive image that I have for Starbucks.

As for that staff, if she can "see "this, I want to let her know that she is not doing a good job on her work and that she makes others feel like she is not well-educated and lacks manners.

Absolutely no hard feelings, but I did encountered an argue with someone behind the counter.
I asked them for an ice water, and they replied to me: - it’s a new policy that we cannot give free ice water anymore…
I explained to them that we spent some money on hot chocolates, they went to ask their supervisor if it’s OK for me to get a free ice water….

I showed them the cup with my name on it, as a proof that I purchased something, then they gave me the water.
