It seems like there’s no supervisor, all girls were singing loudly and dancing, it was not only me who got annoyed, it’s ok if you enjoy working, but they should respect customers space too. They supposed to be working instead of acting like they are in a club!

Once I came to buy a coffee, but at the second time, I just asked for a glass of water but the bartender refused and said “you need to buy one”
Thats not a way to behave a customer, if it was your son or daughter ? You would never refused to give a piece of water
The best way to keep a customer for continue buy food or coffee is to be nice firstly

Horrible customer service from Jessie I asked for a cup of water and she ignored me for a full minute! Worst customer service I ever experienced!

There is a lady who works in the cashier who is very impolite to the customer. I was ordering a cup of drink, and she said, "I can't see." She then asked me to read the details of the item I ordered for her. When I started reading, she immediately stopped me and took my smartphone to read it on her own.
During the whole process, I can feel her impatience and impoliteness to me, which ruins the positive image that I have for Starbucks.
As for that staff, if she can "see "this, I want to let her know that she is not doing a good job on her work and that she makes others feel like she is not well-educated and lacks manners.

Absolutely no hard feelings, but I did encountered an argue with someone behind the counter.
I asked them for an ice water, and they replied to me: - it’s a new policy that we cannot give free ice water anymore…
I explained to them that we spent some money on hot chocolates, they went to ask their supervisor if it’s OK for me to get a free ice water….
I showed them the cup with my name on it, as a proof that I purchased something, then they gave me the water.

Bad treatment from the staff!

The people who work there not only do not listen to what is asked of them, but when they are told that they have done wrong, they put on a bad face. A smile and correct and polite treatment would be appreciated. My feeling in NY, I've been to several Starbucks, is that everyone works hard. I wonder if they are paid little or being unfriendly to the client is a requirement for hiring.

Unfortunately in my experience, the service was not very friendly. Plus they gave me something I didn't ask for.
They do not seek to find solutions to your requests. A shame.

Vibes and atmosphere is great, dare I say the best at any Starbucks I’ve been to. Service is pretty slow however, you might want to skip on it if you’re in a hurry.

On 03/08/2024 I went in this Starbucks store with my 2 daughters, the place was outstanding !!! Very clean & the person on the register sparked up the whole business with his warm & inviting smile his name tag read ELI. I ordered my drink & Ray Ray gave me my drink in such a lovely smile!! This experience made my day & also my daughter's day!! Will be coming back for this over the TOP EXPERIENCE!! THANK YOU!!! The best Starbucks store 43 street & 6th Avenue!!

Very small space. Food was fine and the drink too. Cashier was super rude, rolled his eyes at me because I couldn't hear him over the music blasting. Also, spelled my name wrong when I literally told him how to spell it.

If ridiculing customers is great hospitality, the staff here is the absolute best at it. I got a pistachio Frappuccino which was diabetically sweet. The experience was horrible. Rude is an understatement!
