This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Friendly staff, order is right 99% of the time and if something is wrong they fix it without an issue. They get busy at times but I feel they do a great job tending to huge crowds.

First off, thank goodness that Starbucks exists and always easy to find around.Baristas, as you would expect, work in a very fast paced, high volume environment yet under constant multitasking with one another, not to mention the customers themselves. I usually almost always leave very satisfied with a fresh cup of coffee.Keep up the good work guys!

I always go in the morning to get a cup of hot water for my tea, everyone is usually very nice and provides a grande cup. This morning however it was very unpleasant. The guy that served me had freckles and log hair under a hat, gave me the tiniest cup for my tea, seemed like a shot glass cup, he couldn't even give me a tall cup. When I asked him for a bigger cup he gave me this story that he was running out of cups. This made me feel very discriminated against because I saw a lot of cups available and wonder if it was because I didn't purchase a drink. not nice at all.

15 minute wait for a sandwich, the guy in front of me got his sandwich within seven minutes, then I asked them about mine they ignored me. -couldn't wait any longer had to leave

No compare with Starbucks in Canada. In NW it's Crowded, Dust, no Friendly and Noisy. Here we are a number, not Human.

Only came here again because it’s connected to Public a Space seating area. The service sucked again, just like last time. Workers messed up order again, and had the nerve to have attitude about it. And the regular coffee ordered for my friend taste like water.

I was looking for some caffeine before a 4 hour meeting - since I'm a Starbucks person I whipped out my phone to find the closest one. Lo and behold, it was a short walk down the block from where I needed to be so inside I went. This Bux is super small. It's located off the lobby of 40 Wall St and really has no seating - although the main lobby has an abundant amount which makes up for it. There was no line when I approached the counter and I received my order both swiftly and accurately. Service was good, really no complaints overall. There's nothing too outstanding about this Bux but they got me my beverage in a timely manner which is the most I can ask for.
It's a busy Starbucks! It's small and the line moves quickly. It's probably a good idea to do the mobile order so you can get your food and drink quickly! It is inside an office building so you can sit in the atrium and have your food in a comfortable environment. The baristas are very friendly here and that is a plus -even under pressure they answer the customers politely which is a pleasure. Always a fan of Starbucks!
