I asked for a caramel frap with EXTRA whipped cream and EXTRA caramel drizzle and got regular/light Caramel drizzle and whipped cream. Not only that but the drink wasn't even sweet, it tasted like water. The chocolate cookies were also pretty bad. So plane overall.

I love how Starbucks lets me customize my drinks! They don’t have a specific vegan hot chocolate on the menu, but you can easily create one. Just ask for non-dairy milk (I went with oat), and the mocha syrup they use is already vegan. The only swap you need to make is replacing whipped cream with cold foam. My personal favorite is the strawberry cold foam.
For my perfect combo, I added 3 pumps of raspberry syrup and 2 pumps of pecan syrup. The result? Absolutely amazing. Honestly, one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. Great job, Starbucks! 🌱☕💚

I got an iced matcha latte here. It was really really good, but the sweetest matcha I have ever had. I don't know if you can tell them to adjust the sweetness level but it was good nonetheless. The place was clean and the service was fairly quick but the other person I was with was pretty sure that they messed up her order. She ordered black tea and thought they gave her a fruit tea. The prices were as expected for Starbucks in NYC, $6.25 for a grande. However, both drinks were good and I was honestly pretty impressed with my matcha, I will definitely be ordering the same thing next time I go to a Starbucks.

Fast-paced environment, super clean, and very friendly! The line moved quickly, and the staff greeted me as soon as I walked in—which was a great first impression.
This location was a perfect spot to cool off with the A/C blasting on a hot sunny day. I really enjoyed my drink and the overall experience. Definitely a solid stop if you’re in the area!
