Came in and sat down to do my online order while I was deciding what to order someone walked up to me asking if I had an online order I said I was placing it as we spoke and she said ok and walked away made my purchase and I continued to sit and wait bc it hadn’t been that long since ordering the lady walked up to me again and asked again if I bought something I said yes however it’s not done yet she replied by saying there’s no customers and my drink should be finished I replied that I just finished ordering it and she said I need to go see if my drink is finished bc they can’t have “outsiders” sitting in the lounge area and she’s not going to get in trouble for me sitting here without a drink she was very nasty and I’ve never experienced anything like this in all the years that I’ve been going to Starbucks

We were having some iced coffee today and we were not happy at all. The waiter who prepared the drinks has been very rude and unpleasant the entire time we have been there, both with us and with everyone who came in, yelling at people. The service of this lousy waiter leaves a lot to be desired, also being rude in English because he thought we were not going to understand him... in short, not to return. In addition, there are no toilets and hardly any room to sit. Bad experience

Not only the upper level was closed, but they also did not have enough seats at the ground level. The taste of the Caramel Brulle Late was really bad. Moreover, it was too hot and I burnt my tongue tasting it firstly even 5 minutes after served. It was awful overall.

It my girlfriend's favorite spot. It's good coffee. However, I find the atmosphere very disrespectful. Why in June do we care so much about pride and put the rainbow flags up. Honestly, who cares. My question to you is, why do we support mental health?

Also, did you know June is mental help awareness month for men, I never see anything about this only about supporting ppl with mental health issues. This place is very disrespectful.

Sad, this is what our government supports. Truly disgusting

Everything very good. Very friendly people at the counter and the Peppermint Mocha was exquisite. The place is small but being Black Friday I found a small table where I could work while I charged the electronic devices.
