The employees at this Starbucks were not very welcoming or friendly. I felt like my presence was a nuisance and I was the only person in the store (at 3pm, it’s not like they were about to close). After my order was taken the cashier said “that’s all?” And was slamming down the scanner thing. While drinkers were being made things were also being slammed and there was an overall vibe of annoyance. I get that working at places like Starbucks can be stressful and overwhelming but even when there’s rushes I’ve always been treated with respect and kindness. But not at this place at 3pm when it was a ghost town. I rarely write reviews on google but I wanted this to be noted. The attitude of the staff was just horrible.

The most spacious Starbucks I’ve seen in NY! Very nice.
It's definitely not a place where I would personally revisit. It's fine to have music playing, but blaring music is unacceptable. Does not have the standard that I am accustomed to when I visit these establishments. Some of the employees' attitudes towards some of the customers really solidify why I would not even attempt to go back to this location. To top it all off, there was only one machine working, so wait time was extreeme and inconvenient.

Folks working at this Starbucks are just amazing. I’ve been coming here almost everyday for 4 years and they’re such hard workers, always patient and smiling - they deal with such a huge load of order everyday. Thanks guys!
