Went recently on my birthday to claim my birthday drink. I stopped in person to place my order. Kerri the manager of the location was amazing. She mentioned happy birthday and let me choose what I want any size and any preference of the drink. I was impressed by her great team spirit of leading an amazing team. The drink was made within a few seconds. I highly recommend this place for coffee.

Sammi is absolutely amazing! She is one of the sweetest baristas I’ve ever met and truly delivers the BEST service. I accidentally dropped my drink, and without hesitation, Sammi kindly remade it for me with a warm smile. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out and made my day. This review is for the Starbucks on 1st ave between 69th and 70th. Give them all a raise. This team is the best in class for customer experience. They great everyone consistently makes my day everyday.
The staff work hard and are enthusiastic and kind.
