Not sure what's going on at this location, but there's a new trend of my mobile order not being filled. It happened again this morning for the third time since September. I usually order it as my LIRR Train is leaving Jamaica. That way, by the time I arrive at penn station 15 minutes later, It's cool enough to drink right away.
I've been doing this since this location first opened. Today I ordered it at 6:39. It said it would be ready in 3 - 6 minutes. When I got there, it didn't seem especially busy, but the order was not waiting. At 7:06, I asked about it, and as with the last 2 times, they looked into it, had no explanation, and had someone make it then. This means I have to wait even more, and have coffee too hot to drink for a while.
I understand that once in a while, things go wrong in every workplace, but 3 times in 2 months seems like a trend. Please try to fix that.

I’m at Moynihan Train - it’s 545am and even though Starbucks is supposed to to be open at 5 am, because they said they are short staffed (5 people are working there right now) they are not opening til 6.30 am. They can serve coffee.

It is not true that they open at 5 a.m and thats crucial for a starbucks located inside a major transportation hub where people are constantly running to catch their trains

I just had the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. What’s most impressive is that this was at a very busy location inside a bustling transportation hub. Despite the rush, they got my order right the first time, and every team member was attentive and on point. Watching them work together so seamlessly felt like watching a perfectly choreographed dance—it was truly impressive.

Great Starbucks! The baristas were kind, helpful, and got my order out quick. I purchased a salted caramel cream cold brew and breakfast sandwich which I enjoyed while waiting for my train.

Nearly $7 for a grande flat white that tastes gross like they added a ton of sugar free vanilla when i never asked for that. Wasted $7 and now i have stomach ache. Maybe make sure employees are literate during the hiring process

Fast service and good vibes from staff!! I wish the person calling names for food items was a bit louder because many people didn’t hear him the first time and waited longer than needed- myself included. Definitely will become a regular stop for me!
A bit chaotic for people not from the area though- I was approached by multiple people confused where the line to order started compared to people just waiting for their order.

This location gets it. The staff knows their crowd — always on the move 🚆 — and they keep things running smoothly and fast ⚡️.

Val was especially sweet 😊, and you can tell the whole team enjoys being there. The energy is upbeat 🎶, the vibes are great ✨, and it’s the kind of place that gives you a little boost before your coffee even kicks in ☕️💪.

Definitely my go-to when passing through! 🙌

It’s supposed to be zero stars but I couldn’t post without it. Placed a mobile order for an iced coffee and overly priced grilled cheese sandwich at the Penn Monyihan train Station, only to be told I actually placed the order at a store across the street. Why would I know that when the location on the app read, “Penn Station-Amtrak?” Anyway, the barista, who
could have filled the order, had me run across the street, with luggage in tow, looking for the store by Amtrak/NJ transit (by the way, she didn’t even tell me where the store was. The station is huge!) Mind you, I had a train to catch, which is why I placed a mobile order in the first place:( I am loyal Starbucks customer. So loyal that my friends give me gift cards for special occasions. That will end today because when I called customer service to complain I had to look up the number online because I couldn’t get through the process of contacting anyone on the app. See where this is going? To add insult to injury, my Order was not made to my specifications. 🙄 Next time I will make my own coffee instead of patronizing a billion dollar corporation.

They changed their way of making iced matcha latte by using the blender… I get a full cup of foam instead of latte. Terrible. Why not making a cafe latte using the blender too…
