You know Starbucks have come with a new way to torture their customers. No restrooms. You don’t have to clean it and to hell with customers.It’s not store is hiding it. They just change the name from “restroom” to employees only.It’s like the Starbucks solution to problem is giving hard time to its customers .And so was the service and the food

This place for just take out. There's NO seating. Everyone is sitting by the window. It's not place for hanging out with your friends for a while....cuz no tables and chairs. But it's so convenient one block from the subway station. just grab and go!

I guess this location has a deep hatred against straws. It's like they are doing it on purpose. I have ordered from here at least 20 times this year and not one single time did I get a straw at all. Never ordering here again, it's such a simple thing and yet they can't do it for some reason.

Actually 0 star for this Starbucks , very bad unprofessional service treated me like I was asking for free stuff. Placed an order for chai tea latte got coffee instead than ask for fork for my fruits which I also bought it here , I was told to "wait" then ask for my cherry bar which was missing in my order same dude said to hold on you asking too much " you asking for fork , you asking for this and that " so I said it's not my fault my order is incomplete I'm not asking for anything free I've paid $13?And to the CEO of Starbucks/Area Mgmnt Team.You are doing a great job by hiring refugees in future . However, you should school ur current staff specially at this location .Your Customer.Thank you .

We were waiting for the order for half and hour and didn't receive the complete order. We saw how people were getting the same order before us when we arrived way before them. When we reclaim the order the lady that was making coffee scream at us telling us to go back to the line to get our money back. Knowing we were in a hurry. We were late for our appointment so we left without the food and without our money back.

Transphobic staff! The staff will completely ignore you, then mess up your order completely and in top of that they will make up a name. This is the WORSE Starbucks that I've been to.

This Starbucks was not bad. They messed up our order a couple times, but fixed them no problem. It was the closest Starbucks to our hotel so we stopped there everyday. Just a heads up, some of the workers don’t seem happy to be there.

Jazlin, extremely rude! She didn’t have enough change for my $50 and just shrugged her shoulders and walked away, as if she didn’t care and it is what it is, not even giving me a chance to see if I had a smaller note or just pay by card. Then when we asked her if she could stop being so rude, she told us to step aside & go to the waiting area! There was no queue. It wasn’t busy for her to be telling us to basically get lost, extremely disappointed with the service, coming from London I definitely wouldn’t visit this branch again.
