Worse Starbucks I ever been to

I recently stopped by Starbucks for a hot latte, as it was freezing outside and I needed something to perk me up. The store was beautifully decorated for the holidays, which gave it a cozy and festive vibe. It was quite busy, with lots of other customers enjoying their drinks and snacks, but the atmosphere felt lively rather than hectic.

While waiting for my coffee, I sat on one of the bench seats, which was a comfortable touch. My latte arrived just in time, piping hot and perfect for the chilly weather. The entire experience was delightful, from the welcoming holiday ambiance to the satisfying coffee that lifted my spirits. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Service continues to be haphazard here. They attempted to up-charge me for non-dairy milk. Another witt attitude when I presented my own cup for discount 🤷‍♂️ I like that they have a bathroom here to clean my hands 🙌🏽

I place my orders for pickup and every time I ask for almond or oatmilk in my drink they always give me whole milk and I can’t have milk! It’s so frustrating

There’s this one barista her customer service sucks. She is not at a 5+ right now. She says my name to give me my drink, makes eye contact with me and places my drink down like 5 inches away from me on the table.she could’ve handed it to me. If she was trained, right, she would know that handing the customer the drink makes the experience more personable. It was giving on purpose because I was literally right there, and I know she heard and saw me. Then she told me “the trash is right there” in the most sarcastic way when I left my lid on the counter…I know there’s a garbage can right under you. What is your problem? She was giving off this energy like she needed to tell me something she was on a power trip that day that girl is rude.

I’ll never go to another Starbucks again after my experience at this location. Mara and Brie in particular should have additional training with respect to dealing with customers. It’s bad enough that they seemed incapable of understanding a simple order, but it’s clear. They have no idea how to treat customers. I was informed that there’s no management at that location and it clearly shows. After 20+ years of going to Starbucks, I’m done. The service keeps getting worse the prices keep going up and locations have a feeling of a rundown fast food location.
