After a long walk with my family we decided to stop at Starbucks for the sake of my son who was very thirsty for water . I ordered 2 water and a strawberry drink and got no receipt!. The guy name Wes was making my drinks and was taking a long time since he was chatting with another coworker …… after a while he was still chatting while holding the drinks up in the air, I asked him to please hurry with my drinks for the sake of my child , Wes reply “ I can’t work and talk at the same time ?” Screaming at me ! I replied “ you are not working , you’re talking and holding my drinks in the air for a while “ at that point he got upset and told the cashier name Nae to provide me no services to me … the other guy in the back who he was chatting with said “ yea you don't have to give her anything if she’s just getting water ….” I replied and said I also order a drink that’s paid for ” …… Nae the cashier said” I’m just going to give you a refund “ …. I said no please , I need the water for my child . My 6 year old son looks at me and says “is ok mom just buy me the bottle water in front of the register please “ ….. Wes hears my child speaking to me and runs to the register and tells Nae “ don’t sell her anything !!!” Nae at this point obeys Wes orders and even stops the process of giving me a refund !!! I was so distress and started crying because I never felt so disrespected and my son begging me for water at the same time . I left the store crying and started running to the other Starbucks down the street , the workers there saw me and my son in distress while in the long line and can tell my son was starting to get dehydrated and quickly stop what they were doing to provide water for my son , they were so kind …..after this I went back to the original Starbucks to get my refund which they still refuse to give me a receipt. I was able to get the managers phone number who came in person to talk to me to make things right which is very kind and respectful of him , I appreciate that allot but I still want to talk to upper management …….. #justice

Came here the other day to pick up an order but i had stupidly sent it to another location. I know it’s almost guaranteed that they’ll honor it when you do that, but Chris was so incredibly nice about it and helped me out immediately. I also appreciated that he proactively asked me my name to check on my order after seeing me stand there for a few moments.

Not just another cookie cutter Starbucks… the staff at 67th & Columbus make their Starbucks Pick Up location a warm and welcoming corner stone of our community.

The afternoon barista consistently makes my drink order incorrectly. Today I had to go back twice extra to get the food I ordered correct. I’m tired of this location getting orders wrong

I had a great experience at this Starbucks! I accidentally ordered my drink at another location, but Chris and the team here didn’t skip a beat. Chris was kind, patient, and immediately offered to remake my drink—no guilt, no hassle. Within two minutes, they handed it to me with a smile.

The store is clean, well-stocked, and has a friendly vibe. I noticed the team working efficiently, and the space felt welcoming—with outdoor seating, accessibility, and a nice community feel. I really appreciated the professionalism and kindness shown to me. Big thanks to Chris! I’ll definitely be back.
