It’s Starbucks and you’ll get what you expect from a Starbucks (friendly service, high priced but good coffee and snacks). They left a nice note for my kids (and were EXTREMELY patient with my kids’ indecisiveness [and our inability to just order something]).
The only knock is that it’s not set up for enjoying your purchase on site; there are very few tables and seating is even more sparse (a four person table will have seating for two). The playlist is also set to get you out as soon as possible (I don’t know how the staff put up with it… maybe I’m just an old man but, GD the music was bad).

It’s snowy today but a warm coffee with a warm note from my fav cashier at sbux made my early morning walk more pleasant. It’s always the little things. I forgot his name but he’s normally working early shifts and wearing a hat and he has the best energy.

The Asian female needs to learn ethical behavior. She is rude and totally disrespectful. After I went out I read all the comments and I saw a lot of people complaining about her and I don’t know why she is still there !!! I have been to many Starbucks branches and it is my first time to experience someone like this

It's a shame, it's got the location and bones of a great local cafe—lots of natural light, a corner view, and a good amount of floor space where students and old friends could be meeting. But they've taken out half the seating, so it feels more like a bodega or Dunkin: line of people ordering, line of people waiting for their order, no one really talking, everyone passing through.
It was the worst thing I've ever experienced on my trip to New York. When I visited on a Friday afternoon, a female Asian employee looked rotten as soon as she saw us, and she did her job roughly even though there were no customers. I've never seen such an unkind Starbucks anywhere in the world.

It is very cold in this Starbucks; I was freezing every morning during breakfast. No space to work, even though they have outlets. Very disappointing. My positive memories of the “Third Place” have been ruined here.
