The employees were nice, but there were not enough seats, no restroom, and so many things were out of stock even on an early Friday night. Overall, there were too many downsides.
If I had known this beforehand, I would not have spent my money here.

There were hardly any seats and there was no restroom. Since it’s a tourist spot, there seemed to be a lot of customers, but the facility service for customers was very disappointing. Even if there’s no restroom, having no seating at all shows a lack of consideration in many ways, and it really left me with a bad impression.

Bad customer service in the evening hours. Your coffee is ready and you see it standing on the back counter, but the employees won’t give it to you. Because the employees aren’t there, and barista cannot serve it to the customer, they are only supposed to leave it on the back table. I kept waiting for 15 mins looking at my coffee on the back table, and barista was there, but no-one to hand it over to me. If you ask, the barista replies it’s not my job. The guy who is supposed to hand it over is absent for 15 minutes. I went to the cashier and asked them, they also said its not their job, and I should ask Barista. Then Barista said same thing again, then I need to for the person who can give it to me. All this while I keep looking at my hot coffee for 15 mins seating on the back table and becoming cold as mud.
This has not happed just once, but has repeatedly happened 3 times in a row. This is a bad location. Avoid this location and go to 40th and 8th avenue, location which always had friendly employees who are quick to process the order with a smile on their face.
The clean interior stands out. Especially, the server who took our order was so kind that they helped us start our day happily. The location is great too—highly recommended!

On October 5th at around 6:00 PM, I experienced discriminatory treatment from a Black female employee at the store. I am an Asian woman, and during the process of ordering a “latte,” the employee made me repeat the word multiple times (approximately six times). Even though I pronounced it clearly, she laughed and said, “I can’t understand what you’re saying,” displaying a mocking and dismissive attitude. Additionally, I specifically requested that syrup be added to the latte but not to the white chocolate mocha. However, my order was served the opposite way — the latte had no syrup, while the white chocolate mocha contained an excessive amount. It is difficult to understand why additional syrup would be added to a drink that is already sweet, such as a white chocolate mocha. Taken together, these actions did not appear to be a simple mistake, but rather a discriminatory and disrespectful behavior based on my racial background. I firmly believe this constitutes a clear act of racial discrimination.

It's a bit expensive here but this location is huge with plenty of seating. I like the layout and lighting. The coffee here is always fresh as they get a lot of business. The wait is not long and the staff is friendly.
