I come in the morning as I grab a coffee before work. The music is wayyyyyyy too loud at 8am. Can’t even hear my own thoughts over the sound of the music. The staff are screaming to the top of their lungs yelling out orders. Idk if I’m Starbucks or Zara. They make my drink good tho.

Starbucks charged $9 for a drink that cost $0.10 to make and they can't provide a bathroom. Absolute disgrace that Starbucks with all the money they make don't provide a bathroom in New York City. I hate buying anything here anymore. I'm very disappointed we've been supporting Starbucks my whole life and I don't even want to come back here again. Shame on Starbucks

The team at this store are the best! They have a great dynamic that’s helps them navigate the busy morning rush with ease. Watching them communicate with each other was almost like watching chefs in the kitchen of a restaurant. Like an episode of the bear without the yelling lol.

Leaving this review for kehlani not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly but my drink was made incorrectly and I had no problem with that happening because Starbucks always fixes their mistakes and I appreciate that. But the lady who made my drink her name is kehlani. Ms.kehlani you must not move so fast that you make multiple mistakes the Starbucks wasn’t even that busy and everyone else was moving at an appropriate pace. When I needed my drink to be fixed you had an attitude about it and it was unnecessary especially when you told me to have a good day even though I was polite and apologized for liking my drink to be made properly. I hope you learn to adjust your attitude when knowing you did something wrong and having to correct yourself

I pick up my mobile food order during the week at this location around 8am and since they've reopened the heftier lady that passes food out & calls names has denied me a fork saying it's store policy now to not provide one now and when she does give me a fork acts like she's making an exception. How does that make sense? Are people expected to eat with their hands? She has done this to me at least 3 times aside from the fact you pay for sriracha and it's never in the bag either.

Very nice staff. Beverages that taste pretty good. Interior maintenance that is horrific and disgusting to the point that I wouldn't let New York City rats eat here and of course yet another Starbucks location in Midtown Manhattan that deliberately does not have any way to recharge devices as their way of encouraging you to get out as quickly as possible.
