I didn’t tip for a drink. The store had one other order I had to wait 8 minutes.

Go here consistently because it’s by my work. Get delayed consistently because the people that work here act like they’ve never seen a mobile order in their lives. Somebody please do something.
EDIT: next time I came in my order was sitting there ready, neat and pretty, and a gift card attached to the bag. They did something 😏 still keeping at 4 stars because it took writing a bad review to get here.

The coffee was terrible—overly bitter and drowned in syrup. I definitely wouldn’t pay $8 for something that tastes like that again. The restroom was unusable, and I couldn’t even wash my hands before attempting to drink this so-called “coffee.”

The hefty man on register lacked customer service

Complaint:
I am writing to formally report an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful experience I had at your Starbucks location at 80 Delancey Street, New York, NY 10002.
I entered the store with my personal reusable cup, which I have done regularly for years. The employee named Deene refused to assist me and repeatedly raised her voice at me in a very rude and hostile manner. Her attitude was entirely unacceptable and did not reflect the customer service standards Starbucks is known for.
When I asked for her name, no one would provide it. I then requested to speak with a manager specifically to obtain her name and address the situation. Only through this process was I able to learn her name is Deene.
In addition:
• She never greeted me with “good morning” or “good afternoon”
• She never asked for my name or attempted any form of polite interaction
• Her behavior showed no respect, no professionalism, and no customer care
I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for over 10 years, and I have never experienced service this bad at any Starbucks location. This interaction was deeply disappointing and left me feeling disrespected as a customer.
This type of behavior is a bad representation of the Starbucks brand, and I sincerely hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately through retraining or disciplinary action.
I respectfully request a follow-up regarding this complaint.

extremely slow.
I’ve been to this Starbucks location multiple times, and every visit has been nothing short of excellent. The baristas, Dene and Gabi, always treat me with respect and give genuine attention to my needs. They make my drinks perfectly every time and even encourage me to explore new options from the menu, which I really appreciate. Every time I walk in, they make me feel truly welcomed. Their consistently amazing service is the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend this location!

This store simply does not have enough staff to keep up with the amount of customers placing orders. Twice I've ordered ahead and both times I've had to wait an inordinate amount of time just for a coffee to go box! If your order is taking awhile don't be afraid to speak up because the staff WILL forget about your order

The coffee was terrible. It was a bitter substance with a lot of syrup - if I wanted to drink cat urine, I wouldn't have paid $8 for it! There is a toilet here, but it didn't work (why?) You can't even wash your hands before drinking this disgusting “coffee”
