I stop by this Starbucks every morning before work, and it’s always a great start to my day. The baristas are consistently friendly and even greet regulars by name, which adds a personal touch. Nice location, food and coffee are obviously good. Very clearly understaffed though. On the morning of my wedding, I stopped in to grab a cold brew and it took 30 minutes. There were two people behind the counter working very hard. I think there was a third somewhere that I occasionally saw do some cleaning

First there are flys in the pastry here
Second, the coffee they give had a cap that wasn’t firmly closed. I spilled some on myself and I asked for the tissues. They didn’t provide the tissues, saying that I could walk and get some myself
Third, there is no milk provided
Fourth, I came with 9kids and non of them received the drinks with correct names
Fifth, they closed the bathroom for the good...
