You guys, just go to newsbar 3 feet’s away. They’re not a chain with over priced coffee and their food is has always been amazing. And they’ve been in the neighborhood for longer than I’ve been alive. Jan, you’re awesome and I’ll always be a patron.
I gave this Starbucks a chance and picking up my coffee was like they were doing ME a favor, something I PAID for. I will never step foot into another Starbucks and glad they’re having to shut down locations.

I work around the corner and often order from this location, and they never fail to be rude. Making faces and criticizing someone’s order is never acceptable, regardless of if you didn’t think the customer was in the store at the moment you did so.

Came here to order a Matcha Latte. It's ONLY pickup!! A couple of people came in and didn't realize as well, but the staff kindly instructed us to order via the app. My drink was ready within 10 min and the staff were super friendly. They make you show your receipt to prove you're picking up the right drink. There are no restrooms here and only a small bar area. However, Washington Square Park and Union Square are both nearby to enjoy your bev!

All I can say is If the young lady in the front with glasses is not there in the morning it’s a disaster!!!!!! I believe her name is Andrea or Adriana. When she is working every order is done and ready within 3 mins, but when she is not there it’s a 10 minute wait! Been there twice when she wasn’t working and I had to ask for a refund 2x. Unacceptable! We need her assistance, customer service and presence. I must say she is very hardworking it’s not a easy job preparing delivery, helping customers with mobile orders and in store orders! She Is THAT GIRL! Employees take notes.

I ordered a grande charmel machiato this morning. Of course, I couldn't wait to drink it so I took a drink. O.M.G, the drink was so hot it scorched my tongue on contact. I do not nor have I ever order extra hot! So whoever made my drink wasn't paying attention. I didn't go back inside to complain as I took time off from work to get my breakfast. I am not happy about this. My tongue is injured as it doesn't feel normal. I was injured due to someone not paying attention. I would ask that you have a meeting with your staff there and offer some compensation to me. Thank you.
