I ordered some cakes & 1 water. Cakes arrived in half a minute, but I had to wait more than 15 mn for the bottle of water, staff didn't ask hiw did I wanted, he just put water with ice I I had to wait so long. Later, we had problems to access to restrooms, they told me that code is shown in the ticket (didn't give), and we didn't have. I had to ask for it to a lady who was coming out. Very bad customer service 😞

There’s no straws or anything to grab for yourself but they’ll give you a dirty look if you ask for a straw……they gave me a drink that required the Frappuccino bubble cup. How the hell you want me to drink that without a straw pls tell me.

There are always some troublesome guests who can be noisy or annoying, especially Nan Bang!
Interesting space, open and inviting. Very courteous and professional staff. Drink and bagel were prepared in a jiffy and served well. A place for a nice little 10-15 respite on a hectic Tuesday! Thank you! ✌????

Mad Professional
One of the more spacious Starbucks in the city. This layout reminds me of the ones I came across in Japan. I can't say the consistency of drinks are the same in NY but at least it's a nice space to chill for a bit.
