i was there with my friend and the worker working yesterday, Tall brow skin was giving bad customer service. had an attitude when we came and gave me the wrong change. unfortunately this is the type of people they let work.

I think the staff here is excellent - we once accidentally ordered two of the same thing on New Year’s Day and they were kind enough to charge us for only one. I have also seen them giving a beanie to a gentleman outside when it was cold outside when it looked like he needed one. A good reminder that chains can be local and a part of the community.

Best Starbucks in Upper Manhattan hands down. The store’s always clean, staff is quick and friendly. Dunya is especially is amazing. She’s super fast and always gets my order right. Its the only location I actually go out of my way for. 👏🏻

The ambiance here is zero stars. The employees are fake nice, passive aggressive and flat out rude. The vibe is very much “buy something or leave and if you do buy something, don’t stay long.” I’ve never seen Starbucks employees gate-keep the space like they do here or take their job so seriously, in the worse way.

The staff here is awesome! They welcome everyone in. They know most of the customers. In a BIG city, they have created a happy haven. Friendly, kind, happy. What a happy place! Starbucks might not have the best coffee but they create a fabulous atmosphere. Shout out to them! Chai Latte is good.

Not only is this Starbucks clean, but the baristas - Ariel, Honey, and Quay - were welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. And it's not like they weren't busy! They cheerfully managed a constant flow of in-person and mobile customers while still taking care of those of us who were sitting down, and treated us to a free drink each after we had misunderstood the new refill policy. The point of a cafe is never just the coffee, but also the ambience, which (let's be honest) is created in great part by the people who work there. For that reason alone, this branch stands out above many others we have visited.
