Worse Location in LES. Can't use bathrooms??? Paying customer and no restrooms is ridiculous.

I'm laughing because I see from the reviews that another customer experienced the same thing I did. Like I ordered my drink, but it didn't even have any weird modifications or anything and the young lady with glasses, thick, Hispanic, usually wears a bandana, tried to exchange looks with the young lady that was ringing me up like there was a problem with what i just ordered but the cashier she didn't turn back to look she just made my drink for me but that was awkward as hell. The one with the white bandana is also incredibly loud and childish in the mornings. She seems to be completely unaware.

I usually love Starbucks, but this location was terrible. The two men working on 05/17/2024 at around 9.30 am were extremely rude to my friend after he asked a simple question.
Instead of saying, "No, sorry, we don't do that here," they looked at each other for 5 seconds in a sassy way and rolled their eyes. When I tried to pay with a Starbucks gift card they didn't help me for a solid 2 min after I asked for help paying because the card had to be scanned, we just stood there feeling like idiots. The woman I asked wasn't doing anything.
I don't expect smiles and fake kindness, but rolling your eyes at me and acting like you being there is a burden for them is absolutely disrespectful and disgusting behavior. On top of that they have the audacity to ask for a tip at the end. I'll be avoiding this location.

Order 2 glasses, pay and wait. There is no name calling here, no bill given.After ordering, go and wait to receive at the counter on the left. Whose glass is this? Read the name on the glass yourself.The amount of water in the glass is not full.
