Bought some food to eat with my family and had to eat standing at the bar because staff decided to close down table section. I asked them if I could sit in a corner table of a section they had shut down and they said no. If your businesses is open and full of customers, maybe you should consider making more tables available ?♂️

I have say… I hate when Coffee shops do this… but I was there and it was almost closing time, but there was still like 15 mins till. All of the suddenly they lock the front doors and say “the front doors are locked you can use the back, but we’re closed… we’re full closed, you have to leave.” Like no warning, no “just heard we do close in 10 minutes.” Nothing, just very abruptly kicking us out. I was in the middle of journaling and I knew they were closing in like 15 mins so I was finishing up some thoughts… and all the sudden it was just like “we’re closed you have to leave.” Even when there was still 15 mins before actually closing time. When I opened my journal the next day it stops in the middle of a sentence because I had to leave so abruptly. I’m sorry but that’s not good customer service and really turned me off and ruined my experience. I also work in the service industry so I get wanting to get done so you can go home. But we should able to stay there until the actual close time on Google maps… even a little bit past that.

I ordered 2 glasses of coffee and a bottle of water in advance through the app, arriving at the time indicated by the app (15 minutes after ordering) I had to wait another 20 minutes.. after that I approached an employee who pointed out 2 drinks standing on the counter that were clearly not were similar to my order, of course, these drinks were converted to what I ordered .. but in the end, a lot of wasted time.

Been waiting for my mobile order for 20 min instead of 10 min. They made one of two drinks iced coffee instead of hot one. And then argued even I had them right on the app. Disappointed ?
I walked in to this Starbucks because it was were I went to visit the mall (The shops at Columbus circle) I did a mobile ? order, and the place and atmosphere was nice and clean and their were alot of people their to order their drinks. Thank God I did a mobile order. I received my order in a timely manner. And they got my order correct as well.

Little loud and chaotic, but this is not the fault of the compensation or staff. It's just popular. Given the chaos, I was pleasantly surprised how fast our order came up.
