I had such a great experience at this Starbucks thanks to Johnny! He went above and beyond with his service — not only was he fast and attentive, but also incredibly kind and welcoming. I placed an online order and was waiting on an item, and he came over to make sure I could get the missing item right away. It really made my visit so much better. You can tell he genuinely cares about making customers feel valued. Thank you, Johnny, for the fantastic service!

I don't mind pay 10 dollars for my coffee as long as is what i asked for. Being a 8+ yesrs bajista had tecah me a lot. Today i placed my orden PSL venti, extrs shot, oatmeal. Fiest prder was supposed to be ready at 6:52 and i ended getting out of there at 7;02 which ended up in a parking ticket. Apparently Someone else took my coffee which i know thats not concern to employees but fine. I finally asked for my order at 6:55 the barista check my receipt in my phone and not sure qhy she didnt made my drink but told the korean barista to make which i waited 7 minutes while both of them got out approximately 7 drinks and in that space of time the first barista asked me which milk if i want foam which disappointed me more. But what was the worst part i took my coffee and walked out rushing as i said didnt wsnt to get a ticket however i got it🤬. When i get to my csr and i taste my coffee OMG whats this was my expression i had a warm milk with pumpkin spice i couldnt taste no coffee flavor and even my extra shot where did ahe put it definitely not in my cup. Long story short im here on my way home sleepy because my wife had a bad night at the hospital and my barista messed up what was supposed to be my morning perfect drink. I have been coming to this location the last days as is the closest one to the hospital every day one or two coffees never had that problem. Also every morning the ladies there makes you feel nice with their greetings todat no. So if that team cant work together just do something i wasnt the only person missing the drinks other three people next to experienced the same today.

The cashiers are rude. They made my drink wrong and when I asked for the right drink, they pushed back and then gave me a horrible replacement. I asked for a refund. They expressed no desire to apologize. Instead as I dealt with one person, the other cashiers were chuckling at me. I will not go back to this location.
